The breakfast was amazing, the kids loved the pool, staff was pleasant and the rooms were very clean

would of been nice if the food was hot unable to put request since the line was so long so i settled on what was already out and it was alright my spouse enjoyed it i didn't eat as much as i could of

Cold food, did not care for house keeping as they tried to charge me 350 to clean the room i had already pretty much cleaned for them

Breakfast was great, it was hot and the buffet was kept up with food that fresh as well.

Was alot teens and younger kids around after hours being unsupervised.

I loved everything about my stay. I truly enjoy a place where I can relax and have a sense of peace. From the time I checked in to the room and the food and bar. Everyone and everything was perfect I will be letting my clients know about this if they ever pass through Greenville.

My stay was short due to handling business, but I will return. Bookings messed up my form of pay but after contacting them the hotel got it straightened out. They were absolutely professional and it was not their fault Bookings messed up. Awesome Customer Service.

Good breakfast.

There was insects/roaches in my hotel suite shower. I reported the issue to the front desk associate, since the manager didn't come in until later today. The associate informed me that the hotel wasn't able to refund my stay because it was booked through Booking.com and that I should contact them for my full refund. The issue still has not been resolved. If I'm paying for a "premium suite", I expect premium standards, not unsanitary conditions and lack of minimal standards of cleanliness.

I like staying here. The breakfast was great also.

It was good and fresh. Good variety of food. Temperature of food was good.

Better selection of jelly. Different fried potatoes. 2 cooks for special orders. Kids running up and down hallways all day until late night.

Fridge was dirty upon arrival. Cleaning service didn’t come until the next morning to clean it

The breakfast was great and had a variety of options which my kids loved. They loved that soda was also available for an after breakfast treat (Dr Pepper). We liked that check out wasn’t until noon so the kids had plenty of time to swim after breakfast. Would definitely stay here again! Great hotel!
