The location is awesome, the rooms are super clean, and the people are always so, so nice.

Situated off I-85 Greenville is a very lively and pretty city indeed. The hotel is well located at a very walk-able distance from the most happening areas of town and the Falls Lake Park at the Reedy River. Check-in was quick, simple and no smiles. Car Parking is on-site but valet service controlled. Costs $25. Need to mention though that the valet guys are really courteous and efficient. And they smile unlike the reception. Room, beds, linen and baths were nice. Morning hot breakfast spread had limited options but whatever was out was good, although at times supply was out, primarily due to more guests at a time. May be a supply chain issue. But most importantly the breakfast is served right in the lobby and having breakfast sitting on sofas was a little challenging. Overall Nice one-night stay.

The staff was very helpful with recommendations of places to eat and things to do within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent! I was not expecting that at all. I only wish you offer hot teas as well.

Valet parker was professional. He worked in the evenings. Tall slender black Male.

December 24, the young lady secured breakfast 5 minutes early and we had to wait almost 10 minutes for paper plates.

I didn’t like that to park on site you had to pay $25 for valet & felt it should have been included.

Breakfast was yummy with many options. The room was very clean and comfortable.

You have to street park or valet park. The elevator was slow.

The property was clean and our room was large.

It was our anniversary- I asked if anything could be done to make our experience special. We are new to SC and visiting Greenville. Other than the front desk person saying Happy Anniversary, nothing was done. We even got charged extra to check in early. It was disappointing.

An outdoor pool would have Ben nice, but I understand why it doesn’t make sense in Greenville’s climate.

The layout of the room was weird. If you wanted to watch TV from the bed near the window, it was very difficult.

The lounge area was great, and the breakfast served was very good.

Location was great. Hotel and rooms were clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I NEVER stay at a hotel rated 3 stars but was traveling with a mom-friend who made the selection. I was prepared to book another space if it didn't cut the mustard but didn't need to. It was in walking distance from everything. Breakfast was good although the coffee could have been better. Additionally, the advertisements for the restaurant made you think there were good food options and full service but in fact they were a bit limited AND the front desk guy was also the cook and the bar tender. I guess staffing shortages are a challenge everywhere. In any event, he provided good service and the food was edible (wings, a sandwich, and fries). He even checked on us after delivering our food and making cocktails. I'd stay there again.

The whole experience from check in to check out. Walter who welcomed us was awesome and so nice. Room was immaculate.
