Location was great. We had a lot of space for our family and it was very affordable.

We got locked out of our apartment b/c the safety lock inside got tripped when we closed the door one morning. The woman who came up to help us was unable to remedy it so my husband tried and was able to get us back into our apartment. Someone should take a look at the safety locks on the inside of the doors and fix them so they don't get tripped by just closing the door.

Location was fabulous as the sights (Falls Park and restaurants) were walkable. Very clean and roomy facilities.

The parking directions by the staff were not clear, they were not familiar with overnight parking lots

We loved the Mint House. It was absolutely beautiful. I wished we had found this place earlier when my brother got married so that our family could have stayed there. It was a great location--close to everything downtown. The rooms were great. It had a full kitchen which was super helpful.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the property. Everything was great.

The apartments were centrally located, clean, new, and a decent price. We slept well (except for a bright street light in the corner room).

The booking experience was terrible--a technical error made our booking on the wrong date, so after several messages to booking and Mint House, I had to be on the phone for 30min. on long distance with both parties again to get it solved. After it was ostensibly resolved, they also put us in the wrong room and had double charges on my credit card.

Great location in heart of downtown Greenville. We could easily walk everywhere! Perfect for 3 couples to enjoy a night on the town and all be together! Excellent value!

We couldn’t get into the property at first. Had to call the number to get help. Some nice folks let us in with them, but we almost couldn’t get into the building.

Check in was a nightmare, we were not sent any check in details the it took quite a bit of time to access the property.

The rooms were large. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was very clean. We contacted the staff asking for extra coffee pods a couple of times and they delivered in less than 20 minutes. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the downtown area of Greenville, SC. The ability to cook our own meals saved us a good chunk of money and allowed us to stick to our most current diet.

Our main complaint was that the bed was too soft. It wasn't at all supportive. It would have been nice to have cheaper parking. We parked in the town parking garage (of which there are many) and had to leave twice a day. That ended up costing us $14 a day....which is not terrible for parking downtown.

The property was centrally located only a short 5 minute walk off of Main Street close to the liberty bridge and lots of small shops and restaurants. It did not have parking but there was available street and garage parking nearby, but we took ubers. Property was clean and the two of us (myself and coworker) were able to use the two bedroom - one bathroom suite well. Walk the Liberty bridge in day and night, as it is two completely different experiences and the night lighting is beautiful.

I wish there was one more bar of soap so the two of us didn't have to share a bar of soap. Downtown gets a bit too sleepy for me, but Greenville is a smaller town and there were still some available options at night.

Location, cleanliness, security, check-in, and availability of parking

The kitchen was very basic in cooking utensils. I realize most people go out to eat, but one of my hobbies is gourmet cooking. I was disappointed at the level of items available to prepare a meal.
