Nice facility. Clean. Adequate kitchen appliances. Comfortable. Didn't know about the limited tv usage until we arrived and read the info about having to use our own subscription. This information was not included in the emails. Also the annoying sensitive smoke alarms activating because of an inadequate stove fan. Disturbing fact there wasn't any noticeable smoke to set off the alarm.

We arrived at the property after 8 pm, as we told them we would, and could not get into the property. We called and no one answered. We tried texting, no answer. We kept trying different variations on the code they sent, nothing. Finally, we decided to call one more time and leave a message, so they knew we were there and go find another place to check in for the night. This time someone picked up and let us have it! She did NOT appreciate us calling after hours and we were just lucky she answered. (As if after driving several hours while on conference calls, finding the place and not being able to get in and then being yelled at is "lucky".) We explained the code we were given was 3 digits and we needed a 4-digit code. She said, "log in and look it up, we sent it". Explained to her again that we had the code, it was not enough digits. She rudely replied, "log in, did you log in?". Umm, no, we are on the phone with you. She said, "well, WE didn't send you the wrong code". (Well, no one sent us the right code?). She asked why we didn't figure this out before arriving so late. (Because we had the arrival information and figured we would easily be able to enter the property). Finally, she turned to whomever and said "babe, what's the code?" to which "babe" replied with the code we had with a "0" at the beginning. I told her that we had the same code without the first digit. She again replied, "WE didn't send you that code". Really? You mean that we guessed 3 of the 4 digits necessary all on our own? Hmmm, we should have kept on the highway and gone to Vegas because we were "lucky" indeed.

The View was amazing. The rooms were much bigger than we had thought it would be and made for a very comfortable stay for my family, the kitchen had all that we needed to make meals and we were very impressed.

The pool had an excess amount of chlorine or something that gave my littles a rash and turned my really cute Teal swimsuit Yellow.

Very spacious and clean location. Also the pool facility was great and we also used the golf course. Highly recommend it to everybody who is visiting the area. The pictures don’t tell the true story of how gorgeous the property is. It is exceptional see my original pictures

The location was fabulous. access to the country club golf course was a plus. very spacious, bedrooms afforded privacy, and loved the proximity to the golf course clubhouse.

property description should have noted that there was no icemaker in the refrigerator and therefore guests needed to bring a bag of ice. it was very inconvenient to arrive in the evening and have to go out searching for ice bags to make drinks for the evening. The gas grill’s igniter did not work, and there was not any device to light it available in the property.

Actually stayed in Villa #10. We love the views right off the balconies. Pool and hot tub in close proximity. Trails nearby to explore. Pickleball courts nearby. Just beautiful!

Didn’t have waffle iron as stated but so trivial really.

The place was clean, easy to access and beautiful place. Easy to order food from country club.
