The shower was good and hot with plenty of pressure. An enclosed shower would be great. Fir the price the facility was good. im only writing this last sentence to make the box green

This is truly a home away from home, in a nice neighbourhood and walking distance to a supermarket (in Karori Road) and a great café (in Gipps St). It’s spacious and well-equipped. The bedding is cotton rather than synthetic and the beds are comfortable. The host Kaye was very welcoming when we arrived, and showed us where everything is. The cookware was high quality rather than Teflon.

we loved the spa pool. It was warm on a cool rainy day. The location is blessed with native birds, including kaka who have been absent from built up areas for a hundred years. The cottage is well appointed, with a TV; stove; radio; two toilets a bath and a shower. The beds were cozy. Everything was clean, crisp and colour co ordinated.

A mirror near a power socket would have been great to use the hairdryer.

The spa was a lovely option The easy travel options into town were excellent and shops were close The owners left us to do our own thing but made us aware they were available if we needed them for anything. The facilities within the premises were extremely good

The cottage was lovely. Nice and spacious, excellent facilities, loved the character with the library and fire place, and super comfy chairs in the sitting area, just perfect for relaxing in. And as for the spa pool - absolute bliss!!

Great location. Nice and quiet, tucked away privately behind the main residence. Loved the spa pool. Comfy beds, and very nice linen, especially the sheets. Walking distance to the local village, where we ate out.

Quirky little place. Perfect place to stay.

Situated in a very quiet suburban street with off street parking. Easy private access to property which was well lit at night. Extremely comfortable bed. Lovely to be able to light a very efficient open fire but a heat pump also kept the place warm.

The shower would have been nicer with a glass cubicle (wall) along the side of the bath rather than a shower curtain. The somewhat old style of toilet cisterns took a little getting used to to make a sure that the toilet flushed properly without the water continuing to run.

Good location close to Zealandia. Well equipped. Loved the spa
