No electric blanket, bed wasn't warm at all.😞😖

Friendly staff and a good sized clean room. Exactly as described online. Airport shuttle was prompt and helpful.

Another very satisfactory stay team. To be fair the main drawcard is the airport/parking option - but nonetheless always happy with the facilities and staff.

The location, because was close to the shops and the city. I like the quietness, also that had a car park by the door. I was impressed by the cleaning and that I could trust the cups and glasses were clean. General we love the privacy and quiet atmosphere 🥰 Friendly and informative service from the front desk .

The decor is very undated 😞 Did not like the soft pillows, but I only had a choice of a softer one. Even when I used 2 they were not firmly enough 😞

Check in, room help/questions, day bag holding and transport service was great, room was basic but large , just what we needed. Laundry available at a cost. Bar and restaurant options were good, staff still learning

The pool was cold, apparently heated in summer but not in winter ? Kids still enjoyed it

A bit noisy at times

Carpet was worn and rumpled needed stretching. Bathroom.was barely clean Bathroom extractor did not work

I manage a shopping centre and assume look at cleanliness and health and safety issues. Having known Brentwood in the early 2000 was very sad to see it in such a poor state Staff at front desk triedto overcharge me by a full night

I always stay here before trips from Wellington. Great service, especially getting the shuttle to the airport. I love the parking arrangements. This time a particular compliment to the young guy driving the shuttle as he offered me his sunglasses when I realised I’d left mine in the car. Very thoughtful. (I didn’t take him up in his offer, but it was beyond the call of duty for him to make it.)

Sometimes it’s a bit noisy at night. Either planes taking off or landing nearby can be heard (depending on wind direction) or other people arriving late or leaving early. Most people are considerate though.

Great place to stay as it's close to the airport - we arrived after 9 pm and we left at 6 am. The staff were excellent - very professional and really helpfully.

close to those we were visiting. nice layout in suite. quiet at night.

$300 per night for executive suite but no wifi that worked and told it is what it is. also shampoos not replaced each day and dust in places.

Staff overcharged us for room and did not know how to refund. Took many phone calls to follow up (they obviously weren’t going to call us) and when they did refund they refunded too much and had to take some back!!

Little places of the room were still dusty (caked) underneath the beds weren't vaccumed, shower head wet the wall more than my body 😂

Staff were fantastic very friendly and extremely helpful would definitely stay again
