This home was a gift to us - we had to move from another location and Dianna was so flexible and helpful to make it happen quickly. We arrived late in the evening and immediately felt at home - from the coziness, the tether ball out back :) and the seasonal decorations. I wish we could have stayed even longer. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood the next day to get Breakfast Sandwiches and enjoy the quiet sidewalks.

Broken stringer on rear stairs. Blinds dusty, washer not operating properly. Disposal not operational. Remainder of home clean, nice size kitchen. Tiny shower downstairs.

We love staying in this beautiful home. It’s close to friends and family. We were able to entertain and visit both like we were at home. We also enjoyed walking thru the neighborhood and Manito park. We look forward to our stay next year

This beautiful 3 bedroom home with all the amenities one could wish for, met every expectation for a family birthday get away. The location across from Manito Park was quiet even on the 4th of July . The Park and surrounding vintage homes with tree lined boulevards made for scenic evening walks. Stores and restaurants were close by and access to the greater Spokane region was easily obtainable. Highly recommended.

This charming house located near Manito Park is well stocked. It is very nicely decorated and we would definitely stay again when in town. A great weekend spent here.

This very comfortable home was perfect for our visit to Spokane. Each bedroom is a nice size and the beds are quite comfortable. Both the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms are very nice, though the downstairs shower is extremely small, especially for my husband and sons who are 6'4" or taller. We used the kitchen to make some meals and found it well equipped. We were able to enjoy our favorite sports and TV shows using the Roku TV in the family room adjacent to the kitchen. I would highly recommend staying in this cozy and comfortable home located in an ideal neighborhood while visiting Spokane!

Our family enjoyed this house for our recent trip to Spokane! It is right across the street from Manito park where we did the Turkey trot on Thanksgiving morning.

It was really nice to have a kitchen that was functional. I can’t tell you how many times we have gone to a Vrbo and discovered we can’t use the kitchen because it’s lacking the things that make you be able to use it. We had everything we needed. So grateful for a family who enjoys home cooked meals. The home was larger than I imagined from the pics. The tv had Hulu so we had some great shows to watch in the evening. The neighborhood was historic and felt safe. Shopping was within a couple miles. Great location. Any nit picking I could do about this place would be minimal. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Our host was wonderful and answered my questions quickly. Also very accommodating. The house was very clean. The beds very comfortable. The location is ideal. Right on the park Very safe and felt like a home. We had our college daughter and a few friends for dinner and the kitchen was perfect. I will stay here again when we are back to visit our daughter

This was our 3rd year staying in this beautiful home across the street from Manito Park. It works out perfect when you have a 7 year with you. We entertained my brother’s family in the outdoor space in the backyard and had everything we needed in the kitchen to do so. We are looking forward to next years trip.

This was our third year of staying in this house and we had another wonder time. We had my brother’s family over for BBQ and we had enough outdoor space to visit with them. The kitchen was equipped with enough stuff to cover everything. We are looking for to our next years visit.

This house is perfectly located. Right across from manito park. The house is charming and beautifully decorated. It’s is super clean . It has everything you need. The owners are the nicest people and are very responsive to anything you need. The landscaping is beautiful too. There is a covered porch in the front which is lovely to sit out there with your cofeee or a glass of wine. We thoroughly enjoyed this house.

Great location with a view of Manito Park. Very comfortable beds, and nicely decorated with all of the amenities. Dianne was a gracious and super nice host especially for our big family.

The property was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Giving a friends a great place to catch-up after many years. The park across the street was absolutely wonderful as well.

So refreshing to have NO surprises other than it’s better than expected! Host was more than accommodating on short notice and very helpful. If we are back, we will definitely stay here again if available!

This neighborhood is beautiful, amazing parks and historic houses, great walking anytime of day. The front porch is awesome (although cool when we were there) Very comfortable house, well equipped and very clean. We had a great stay with our daughter and grandson while visiting 2nd grandson at Gonzaga. Would definitely stay again! We were not familiar with the TV service, figured it out but instructions would be helpful . Thank you for a great stay!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this beautiful home in Spokane. The house is literally across the street from Manito Park - you can't get a better location!! Check in process was seamless! The house was spotless and wonderfully furnished, and was the perfect space for our family of 5 (3 young kids). We'll be back!

Terrific location at the edge of Manito Park. Close to restaurants snd shopping yet still in a very quiet location. The long bar and open kitchen to living area work perfectly for hanging out. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This property was amazing. The owners are incredibly warm and flexible. If you want to be near the park, you owe it to yourself to rent this property.

We love this home. Our 4th stay over the past few years. Never disappoints. Wonderful feature this winter was access to the garage. Much appreciated with the cold and snow .
