Great property in a nice neighborhood. House had everything you needed to get your vacation started. Well stocked with a great layout. Perfect location to visit all the top tourist spots but in a quiet neighborhood!

One of the best stays i have ever had for our little family. The most comfortable beds and we had literally everything needed for a fun stay for the kids. 100/10 recommend! The hosts were lovely and quick to support us when needed will be staying here when we come back again!

The house was very clean and comfortable. My grandsons loved the game room area. I also loved the fact that the washer and dryer was full size. The mattresses were very comfortable. My husband has a bad back and he slept very well. Dana, the property manager, responded very quickly. Overall, we had a very good time celebrating our daughter's graduation and the house was perfect!!

This was one of the best vacation homes we have stayed in. Tons of space to spread out, plenty of towels and washcloths, extra blankets (even cozy blankets for the couches), shampoo and soap in the showers, well stocked kitchen, pretty much anything you can think of house-wise for bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, laundry was there. This is how vacation homes should be! Our kids loved the foosball table and games. Having access to park in the garage was a huge perk as well. We don’t have babies anymore, but there were also plenty of things for littles including a master closet big enough for a room for the pack n play. Thanks for a great stay!

Out stay was spectacular from start to finish! Dana was a fantastic host and communicated well and helped us out with recommendations and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. The location was perfect and not far from any of the major attractions. The park across the street was great for walking in the evening and for the kids to enjoy. I loved the upstairs area for movie night, gaming or just hanging out. Overall I would highly recommend this house for a great vacation and memories that I will treasure for a long time to come!

This property was everything we thought it would be for our family of 5 plus two grandparents. It had plenty of space for us to spread out, nice to have an upstairs and main level hang out. The bedrooms were all nice sized, especially the master. Loved the game room and the two car garage! The only thing I would improve was the location. It felt like a nice safe area but getting to downtown and the west side of CO Springs was awkward. Not a long drive just weird. I would definitely start here again despite the location. Most of us commute much farther for work or play. I recommend!

We had a very nice stay in this home. There were 5 adults in our group and we had plenty of space. I loved the fact that everything was supplied, including laundry pods. We found this to be one of the best stocked houses we've rented. The garage was a huge plus as we had snow while there. The location was great, neighborhood quiet. The bathrooms and kitchen were dated, but functioning and very clean. We felt it was a good value and would stay there again. Very comfortable.

My husband and I stayed at Winter Blossom for over a week and it was great. The house was super clean and looks exactly as it does in the photos. The master bedroom is huge, as is the closet and the bed was so comfy. The house is in a super location that makes it convenient to get to all the main streets in Colorado Springs and the main highway. Having use of the garage was a great bonus to be able to come in and out through there. We didn't have any children with us, but we made use of the park across the street for evening walks. The neighborhood was very quiet and we saw some great sunsets over the mountains from the master bedroom. I would stay there again when returning to Colorado Springs and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The property is really amazing, with such a nice park right across the road. The best part of the entire stay was the owners. They were very easy to work with, and extremely accommodating. The only downside is there is no back yard space, but there is across the street which didn't help us much because we don't have small kids. The covered front porch was nice but the bushes could use a trim, so there was not much to look at. Overall, we had a great stay.

Received an email with a “virtual key” and believed we would be able to access the home like a hotel key - that was not the case. I booked a day early knowing I would arrive late at night. When I arrived at around 1:30am, there was no way for me to access the virtual key. I tried calling and it went straight to voicemail. I was left scrambling in the middle of the night in an unlit and dark driveway for more than an hour and finally booked a nearby hotel. The owner failed to disclose the house was for sale and a realtor lockbox was on the door. We were led to believe we would have exclusive use of the house during our stay. The yard had trash and the front of the house was boarded up. The yard hadn’t been mowed in awhile. We couldn’t access the house so I have no idea what the interior actually looks like. The owner finally contacted me after 7am the day after we were supposed to begin our stay and said he didn’t realize he hadn’t provided entry information to VRBO. By the time the owner finally responded, we had already made other reservations for the remainder of our trip. Despite all of this, the owner refused to refund our money. VRBO’s customer service has been unhelpful in resolving the issue. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK.

This house is very comfortable & easy access to sights such as Cheyenne Mtn, Broadmoor, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs & Pikes Peak. It is also not far from downtown. Our kids (ages 11 & 14) enjoyed the foosball table immensely. The host was very easy to communicate with & helpful.

We enjoyed the area and the size of the house. We had a lot of issues with the upstairs being blazing hot while downstairs was super cold. The kitchen was not well stocked and I had to wash every dish before I could use them. We also had a 4 year old with us that naps and the "kid" room was extremely bright with no curtains to block out the sun. Just FYI if you have a youngster that requires naps! The host was responsive when I texted her about the heat, but we had to open windows upstairs.

We gathered as a family of 5 adults in the Springs early November and had a marvelous time. The condo is spacious with plenty of sleeping space. It was nice and cozy despite the chill in the air. The kitchen and dining space were adequate providing us the opportunity to make multiple meals there. We appreciated the games in the game room and even tried Foosball! There are two gathering spaces with TVs and comfy couches - perfect for the few lulls between our activities.
The location is close to downtown, malls, restaurants, really everything in the Springs. We did everything from the cog railroad to Pike Peak’s summit to the Olympic Museum and miniature golf!
We hope to return again for another family gathering.
