We were on the first floor and to get a glimpse of the promised sea view we had to stand on our little balcony (which we almost missed as the door is hidden behind an armchair)

Small hotel located on a quiet street located next to bars/restaurants and a short walk to promenade. Staff spoke good English and were very friendly, making check in quick and hassle free. Good value for money and would book again if we visit Duress again in the future

Nice boutique hotel in a super position for both a walk on the sea-view and on the main shopping road... "5 steps" away from the Durres Venetian Tower. Very conveniently located, nice rooms (not big but for one night and price is way perfect!) We were in need for an early depart and they've kindly accommodated for a few minutes earlier access to the breakfast room.

A bit more variety for the breakfast. The hotel does not have a property parking.

we stayed for only one night exploring the city of Durres. The location of Hotel Kloest was perfect for exploring all of the city’s highlights by foot. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are modern and clean, beds are comfy.

TV didn’t work properly. One of the staff members tried fixing it, however it only worked for about 10 min. Not a big issue, though.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Durres. The hotel is in a busy area, but the room was quiet. We had a room on the 3rd floor and the view was very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is fresh and plenty. Parking is not easy, but we found an empty spot in front of the hotel entrance eventually. Great experience.

Evrerything is perfect

Clean hotel, close to the central station and the city center. The breakfast pre-booking price is attractive compared to the portion size.

A great view from the room, a balcony, really wide bed, nice modern bathroom and shower. Good facilities in the room. There is a very nice restaurant nearby (2 min walking distance); the beach and the city center are really close too. The building itself is an old construction with high ceilings that was recently renovated. You can see that the owners put a lot of love into the details and wanted to make it premium without being gaudy. Most of the staff was also extremely helpful and nice.

1. the safe in our room didn't work (and was unplugged from the electricity) 2. Light bulbs flickered; also bedside lights needed to be screwed in, and their switches didn't work 3. The breakfast was basic, and very little effort was put into the presentation. 4. When we were checking out and mentioned 1. and 2. to the receptionist, she became very argumentative, even though we were not emotional about our feedback. She outright insisted the safe worked (even though she hadn't been to our room), and was trying to explain flickering light bulbs by the fact that they are "fluorescent" (no, they were just about to die). Very strange attitude to feedback from a customer service employee.

During the night the electricity was fallen down and the generator started to work. this generator is very loud, so you cannot sleep again. Also you must close the window, due to the pollution, and noise caused by the generator.

Staying in Durres for almost a week to catch up with old friends & family! Hotel Kloest was just what I needed to relax and made me feel more than welcome and home. The rooms are spotless and the staff is very friendly as for the breakfast it was absolutely delicious!! Would definitely come back on my next visit to my homeland!!

Perfect location, modern style, but also elegant and cozy. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, caring a lot about my stay and my comfort. They waited me at 3.30am after a late arrival of my flight. In the morning they were again very nice during breakfast time and caring a lot of my well being during the short stay! it was very nice to start the day with such good energy felt from the staff working at the Kloest! I strongly reccomend it and I will be choosing always this place for my stays in Durres as people makes always the difference also the price and the quality they are very good! 5⭐️Thank you very much for everything and see you very soon !

EXCELLENT staff and service - very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating picking us up from airport when it was delayed until 1am. Every need taken care of. They gave recommendations for sight seeing and food. Great location easy walk to lots of things. Such friendly staff, they really did become like family during our stay there. Could not recommend not recommend hotel Kloest more. Looking forward to coming back and telling others about it. We woke up late in the morning, but they still accommodated us with delicious breakfast and fresh coffee. Great value for the price. What a wonderful experience! Thank you Kloest staff!!!

Very friendly and helpful family run hotel . We met 3 generations of the family who were extremely welcoming . The building has character and is in a great location with a sea view. Let us check out late and arranged airport transfer.

Very very comfortable bed, need to find out that mattress brand! Extremely friendly and helpful folks. This was our second visit and we would choose it again. Room has a kettle and small fridge, great shower.. Hotel also perfectly positioned between the touristy riviera and the ‘real’ Durrës! Make sure to explore both!

A little too warm for me but easy to change that on the temperature control in the room. Also, keep in mind that the electricity and therefore the fridge, goes off when you remove the room key..

Nice, cozy and familiar Hostel, we enjoyed our stay. Staff helped us out with every question we had, they could all good english, strong wifi, clean rooms and bathrooms.

Our stay at this place was very plesant. The people there was friendly and they made us feel like home. I suggest hotel kloest for sure.

The air conditioner doesn’t work as it should. They said it was fixed but we still have 29 degrees in the room.
