Really nice welcome with fresh flowers, cookies and all the ingredients for a really nice breakfast were present! Couldn’t ask for more. Also communication with host was very good and friendly.

The couches didn’t sit very comfortable, need replacement. That’s really the only thing what could be improved.

We were a group of 7. The pull-out sofa in the living room was not in the best condition and not that comfortable.

We had problem with hot water boiler but could have been fixed as host tried to connect with us.

I liked that there was everything you could need… Andrea, the host, was always available to contact you and go the extra mile to help… the apartment comes with towels, toiletries and staff to have breakfast. we felt like at home.

I wish there was a closer underground stop but the were many bus stops closer to the apartment

Our host Agi was extremely kind and flexible. She fulfilled all our requests at no extra cost and provided us with help and information for any question we had. Gifts of food, drinks and beautiful flowers awaited us.

Surrounding are not very safe: First thing we saw when coming up from the underground station was a theft!! Thieves are operating in that area.

Even though the house looked really shabby, the flat was nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed the view of the garden, nice bathroom and kitchen both well equipped. What we really liked was the place, Camden town is great and lively, in front of us bus stop for Trafalgar square.

Rubbish in front of the house not cleaned for the whole week. The sofas in the living room definitely need replacement.

Agnieszka was a great host and was very accommodating of our late arrival and departure. She ensured we had no issues during our stay. The property was well equipped with comfortable bedding, towels and generous bathroom and kitchen. The extra touches such as chocolates and breakfast supplies were fantastic and hugely appreciated especially after our delayed flight. The flat was spacious for our party of 5 (even more so given typical London hotel sizes) with access to a rear garden which was great given the sunny weather during our stay.

The cleaniness of the apartment was good. Sufficient towels, toilet rolls, breakfast items, blankets and toiletries were provided.

The WiFi connection to Amazon Prime was pretty slow though.

The host provided some food for us which was awesome as we arrived hungry and finding these in the kitchen was a nice welcome surprise. There were also chocolates which we happily enjoyed. The host was very accommodative too, answering all our concerns and questions. The place is clean and nice too! Love the little view to the back garden. In terms of location, it’s near a bus stop and train station that will bring you to the airport and most tourist areas directly. It is not very far from Camden market also which I would say is walkable. Would recommend staying here as it is strategic and the hosting was great!

Very cozy and well-resourced with groceries and toiletries ready. Not far from a bus stop and only 10 minutes walk from an underground station. We had minor issues but the host assisted us right away over messages. Very much reccommended!

Great flat in a fantastic location. Very clean. Bus stop very close by (Camden Market a few minutes, Central London 30 minutes). Responsive host and easy key box check in. Highly recommended!
