It was close to Eden Studios in Pankow where I was attending a course. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

I never like when a hotel cut cost by having cleaning of the room every second day. I have paid for staying in a hotel and want my room cleaned every day. I want the full hotel experience.

There’s no carpet which makes it very clean and smells good

The two ladies at the reception desk were super friendly and helpful The cleaning staff also quite thoughtful as they found out I finished two rolls of toilet paper during the first cleaning time so they gave me an extra roll automatically 👍🏻 When you go out the front door, the tram station already right in front of you , there were two supermarket nearby within 500m super convenient location

There is a pub down there the hotel so it’s bit noisy during weekends

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast was basic but good and a good start to the day. It was quite a distance to the city but the hotel is right next to a tram stop so that made it easier to get into the city.

Pleasant room, cleanly presented on arrival, lovely shower, bathroom, room was fine, service not. Breakfast was good, tram, bus, right outside the hotel. A big plus.

We encountered a rude and unhelpful receptionist on arrival. Not at all welcoming or friendly. She did not have our name on her list of arrivals that day and seemed unwilling to help us. We had to persist to get her to persevere to locate our Booking. She kept speaking to us in German despite us saying we spoke English only. Luckily we had an experienced interpreter with us to help us check in. Otherwise we don't know what we would have done. Finally at the room, disappointment as there was no milk or creamer available for the 2 only coffee sachets and 2 only complimentary tea bags in the room. The receptionist was again unhelpful. She told us to buy milk at the supermarket nearby. However all were closed due to it being a public holiday. She then reluctantly provided milk in a small jug to us. Thereafter we were not provided with any more complimentary coffee or tea bags throughout the entire 4 days we were there. We purchased our own and it was most difficult trying to keep milk fresh with no facility in the room to do so. Additionaly, our coffee cups and glasses were not changed once in 4 days, despite us asking. Very unhygenic rinsing out daily in the bathroom sink. Room service was very poor overall. Informed that room service is Tues, Thurs, Sat only. On Tuesday we were given a new bathmat and bins were emptied. Nothing else was done. No room service available Wed. On Thursday we had a linen change and a first towel change. Towels lasted ok till then, however the bed linen did not need a change as we were checking out in the morning. No wipe over completed, no toilet or handbasin cleaned over the entire 4 days either. I used my own disinfetant wipes and did our own clean. The floor was never swept either. The pillows lacked comfort. One was a reasonably comfortable feather pillow, the other a lumpy microfiber filled lump that was not comfortable to use. 2 smaller oblong pillows were also lumpy and not usable.

Bit far from the City. But direct at Tram station. Elevator was not at floor level, so was bit challanging to tale the stroller in/out.

we had booked for 2 adults and 1 child, but there was no extra bed for the child (4 years old). The double bed was rather big, so the child could sleep with us, but suboptimal

Very good breakfast at reasonable price. Helpful staff. Good location adjacent to public transportation. Plenty of hot water.

The rooms are pretty basic. Near and clean. Good value for the money. Met our expectations.

The location and checkin was easy enough, it wasn't too noisy

There was quite a musty smell in the room, it was quite cramped, the shower / bathroom wasn't very pleasant.

The woman behind the reception counter was very nice to us. We asked her how to use public transport and she ended up loaning out her public transport card so we could travel freely. The man was a bit les friendly however so that evens the score a bit.

The man working the reception (appears like the owner) was very hastily working and seemed annoyed if i asked him a question, this was also a bit awkward when checking in.

The room was clean they installed the crib for my baby and the room was big for a family

Staff was good, they also speak English

There was no door lock of washroom, and the shower area wasn't good, there was water all around the washroom after taking bath.
