The first thing that met me was the smell of the room from the bathroom, probably from the bathroom drain. Next, the safe was already locked and was not possible to use. They promised to help me, but they never came. This room was very expensive so I expected more than a regular one-star hotel. I enjoyed the fridge in the room, the view of the green patches in the backyard and the closeness to the metro.

The reception guy who pretends not to understand what you talk about, especially when you want to request something. He is mostly in the afternoon.

Location was good and nice for short term stay. OK for the price but our stay in Ramada for only a few dollars more was much better.

We were unable to get the early check-in and breakfast was changed to 8am from 7:30; so it left us no time for breakfast. Small basic room for short stay.

The heating worked well and was easy to adjust. The staff were helpful and friendly. Cleanliness was of a high standard and the staff all spoke English well.

The room was smaller than expected making it hard to navigate inside the room. There was a bath with a shower above it and I would have preferred a self-contained shower and no bathtub. The safe was locked when we checked in and there were no instructions for changing the combination. These were all minor things that did not distract from the rest of our experience.

There was no coffee, milk or toilet paper in the room, three essentials in any hospitality venue, my partner, went to reception to enquire, and was told the cleaner had forgot .

Space was clean and comfortable. Covered balcony was great for rainy days. Lots of restaurants cafes etc in the area. Location is easily accessible by metro from the airport. Staff were friendly and kept luggage stored before check in (arrival flight was very early) and after check out (couple hrs before next accommodations were avaliable).

Wifi was not great, weak signal.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It's very near the metro and there are some lovely little restaurants nearby..

The walls are thin if you're a light sleeper. The first night I got very little sleep due to the snoring next door but thankfully it was just one night. I slept very well the rest of the week considering the airport is only 6km away
