Great location. Friendly staff, well maintained

The apartments were nice and close to the Convention Centre where we had to be for business. Lovely restaurants in walking distance. The view of the ocean was priceless. Didn't have time to enjoy the facilities at the apartments eg swimming pool but we did enjoy all the comforts that were included in our actual apartment Thank you

If I was to get really picky the fan in the main bedroom made an annoying clicking sound, Hard to find anything to complain about though

the location, the games room and pool were a hit with the kids

only having one aircon as we needed to close doors for the construction however this is probably more of a timing issue as the construction won’t always be there. little upgrades would be beneficial for the apartment

The property was spacious with a kitchen that was adequately equipped including dishwasher. The view was exceptional and the location was close to everything including supermarket, restaurants, transport and the beach. The pool and BBQ area were very nice. It was nice to have in room laundry and drying rack.

The bathrooms were adequate, but looking very tired. The air-conditioner in the main living areas was inadequate or needed a service. Some of the corners of the rooms looked like they had not been cleaned for a while. There was a laundry basket in the bathroom and when we moved it to do the washing behind it was very dirty.

The central Broacbeach location was an easy 25 minute drive from Coolangata airport, two streets back from a beautiful beach and a block from the shopping precinct. The staff were friendly, helpful and everything about our stay was easy, including booking the theme parks and getting to them. Driving directions were easy and places had good parking everywhere.

The Gold Coast is way busier than the last time I travelled here 20+ years ago - not quite the small holiday town i remember!

The location was fantastic. within walking distance for what we wanted. decent amount of kitchenware for once! it’s a lovely looking room when the flaws are taken away.

it wasn’t very clean in the room. Lobby looked great, new and fresh. the room though had mould all over the main bathroom, cobwebs on the balcony with old smoke butts and rubbish, washing and dryer were pretty gross and still had the last persons lint, under kitchen sink was the bin area and it smelt so rotten. on the ceiling in the kitchen you could clearly see the dust build up above the stove that could simply be cleaned however wasn’t. the beds were so hard and lumpy and even the kids complained of a sore back from them. under the pillow slips the pillows were yuk. the lounge was really uncomfortable and could do with a good clean. also hired the portable cot for the baby and it was damaged…. the outdoor chairs only had 2 in safe condition for sitting on- the others looked pretty sketchy. house keeping really need better attention to detail

Fantastic location and spacious apartment with great views. Apartment grounds are beautifully kept.

Our apartment although great location, views and spacious had very dirty carpet, and bathrooms were not very clean. It needed a good overall scrub

the unit was spacious , Clean , brilliant views and the beach was just 2 blocks away , supermarket was within 500 metres and public transport if needed was also within 500 metres. The managers were pleasant and very helpful , very informative

It didnt effect me but the huge crane next door started up at about 6am every morning .........but this was nothing to do with where we stayed it was a property near by

paid for a superior room with oceanview. never received the oceanview. was advised by a very rude property manager that I did add oceanview as a special request. reminded her that I paid for superior room with oceanview. both her and her husband were then rude for the whole week was very uncomfortable for us all when walking through reception
