The room rate is very good when comparing with other hotels. There are washing machines for you to use at any time. You can store the luggage before and after the check in/out.

It is an old hotel. Many things inside the room are old. The room is not big. It's hard to open a large size luggage on the ground.

I got there at 130. Check-in was at 2. I asked if they had an available room. They did for an additional fee. Hmmm.... I was going to wait, but there was no seating in the lobby. Weird! When I finally checked in, my room was soooo hot. I asked the staff to help me adjust it, but they could not as the rooms were not individually controlled. Luckily, the window opened, but it was very uncomfortable. I had to keep my room door open most of the time to get a cross breeze. The bed was good, but the pillows were like bricks. The room was small but ok other than that.

My group and I always stay here when in Osaka. Because when landing at Kansai Airport, take the Haruka express, it will stop here for Osaka. Also when taking the shinkansen from Tokyo, we will stop at Shin Osaka. So dragging your luggage doesn't need to change stations anymore. The lobby is quite wide. We got a surprise of an upgrade to a twin room. Thank you. The rooms are big enough. And an affordable cost We came and the room key was ready. The checkin process went fast. Really helpful. The restaurant on the 23rd floor also serves a variety of foods. For us as a muslims it will be great

Room was great! spacious and had enough space to unpack my luggage and sort things out. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Easy access to a conbini nearby and to the Shin-Osaka station which has a lot of shops and restaurants to explore.

While it's location to Shin-Osaka is great, it is some distance away from Dotonbori and Osaka itself. Note especially if you use the JR Pass, there are not real easy ways to get to Dotonbori using the JR lines. So you're going to have to rely on subways and metros instead. It's not the biggest issue, but if you like to stay out late in the busy areas, do take note!
