We ordered breakfast the first morning, and it was nice.

I don't think this is a hotel. The taxi dropped us at this address at 3am. There isn't a sign on the outside of the building, stating the hotel name. Building looked in need of repair. A man unlocked the metal gate and left us in. He led us to our room. The wallpaper was loose with mold on both sides of the room. The bathroom was small, and the toilet was lose; every once in a while, smelling of sewer. The bed was hard with inadequate, old linens. The major problem was the mold. We slept with our masks on. We were able to find other accommodations for part of our visit. We had travel 20 some hours to get to Tbilisi and very tired, perhaps not understanding the totality of the situation, but were still shocked. Tbilisi is a more arid city, which makes this more concerning. The man ask for his money right away and in cash, he doesn't take credit cards. Charges 18% VAT.

This place is NOT A HOTEL, it’s MISREPRESENTED as a hotel when in reality it’s a HOSTEL. You share a dirty bathroom with strangers. You can’t call it a “guesthouse” either because it’s not separate from the family living in it. Every time you enter you have to walk through their living room & it’s very awkward. You can use the downstairs kitchen, but the few times I washed my hands down there as the COMMUNAL BATHROOM was busy it was very awkward because it’s very obvious the family doesn’t want you down there. Let’s talk about the DISGUSTING COMMUNAL BATHROOMS they NEVER mention in their Booking.com listing. You’re forced to share a dirty bathroom with strangers. The shower curtain is dark brown on the bottom, when you bump into while you shower you immediately feel dirty as it’s filthy. Water gets all over the floor because the shower head doesn’t work so you’re forced to spray yourself. Then the owners give you dirty looks when you inevitably get water on the floor. Now for the GROSSEST PART OF THE SHARED COMMUNAL BATHROOM, the toilet barely works & the flushing pressure is very bad. So every time you put just 3 sheets of toilet paper in the toilet you must flush it at least 5 times to get it to fully flush. I’ll spare you the GROSS DETAILS, but many people leave feces in the toilet before. So when you use it, you have to flush a few times just to get their feces cleared. It was BEYOND DISGUSTING & so unhygienic that it becomes borderline dangerous. BRINGING KIDS HERE WOULD BE A VERY BAD IDEA, as they would touch everything & likely get sick. The owner was very rude when I told him I had a family emergency & the 3 person room would only be for me. He shouldn’t have cared since I paid for 3 people & its less work cleaning up just for me. But the owner was a total jerk to me the entire time despite me smiling & being very nice. The internet always goes out & you can’t get 3G or 4G cell reception there. TV & AC don’t work either.

To be honest not a good experience with this hotel…basic facilities were not provided at all. rooms were very small, no cleaning and AC were not working. internet connection was really poor, no water, no kettle etc..
