Spacious room and strong water pressure
There were bed bugs!
There were dogs barking at random times as if someone left their pet indoors all day

Room was clean and comfortable, cleaned nicely each day. Hotel is quiet.
Breakfast was a joke. Tortilla chips with scrambled lukewarm eggs each day, microwaved. Good Orange juice.
The bathroom tile floor, wet out of shower needs a mat or two to avoid slipping and not wet everywhere you walk. More towels needed.

Top hotel, I liked it, it was really comfortable and close to downtown Merida. Really clean and nice personnel.

Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Great water pressure and temperature. Would stay again.
Internet was bad. They need some ashtrays for smoking on terrace.

Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Johana and Leon Carlos.
Elevator wouldn't go down to lobby the first few days I was there. It was subsequently fixed.

Really nice staff, welcoming, great area with lots of restaurants, Cafes walking distance. Room comfortable with nice light. Good parking.
The breakfast was a bit cold so I went to a nearby cafe I instead.

Comfortable room, clean, and with air conditioner. Very attentive and polite staff.
First day one towel wasn't clean. Also there's no hand towel at all.
And about location, have to go to downtown if you look for restaurants with typical Yucatecan food.

The staff was great and very attentive. They have elevators that work which is good. The location is really good, lots to see and good restaurants. Pharmacies. Money exchange. For additional cost you can get breakfast included, 3 small hotcakes and fruit which was OK.
The Wi-Fi connection wasn't great and the beds weren't the most comfortable either, no hair dryer available. Booked a double room since I'm traveling with family, they gave 2 towels only, have to request additional towels and when they did room service they forgot the additional towels. No hand towels provided either.

The facilities are clean & well maintained. The bed was spacious, with a comfortable bed & a window that opened, The TV reception was good.
The ‘restaurant’ was only open for breakfast. The 100 peso breakfast - the only thing available, is a cheap Mexican meal best avoided unless you’re a low-income Mexican & this is what you’re used to.
