The location is great for being in the center of Merida. The decor is modern and fresh with comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly and work to meet your expectations. The drinks at the bar were nice on the rooftop and breakfast was delicious and large portions. Luis always made sure we were taken care of.

It's a smaller hotel and not all rooms have a king size bed. You will need to check directly with the hotel to confirm if a queen or king is available. We were a group of 4 and the hotel only had 3 bikes for complimentary use. It was not a problem though because the city is so easy to walk.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly.

Sadly, on the day we arrived the hotel was very quiet and it appeared that they had taken this opportunity to do some maintenance work. This resulted in the pool not working for the 4 out of 5 days we were guests and them performing maintenance work at midnight, which is completely unacceptable. When I spoke to the hotel manager and explained that it was our honeymoon and I had specifically chosen this hotel, she offered us a free drink. Which again is unacceptable. I wish we had chosen somewhere else to stay with better facilities and with a room which we could have actually opened the curtains in without all other guests looking directly into our room.

i couldn’t sleep or rest because of the loud music. they had speakers all over the place: in the lobby, reception, pool, inside area where the rooms access are, even in the restaurant. the vibration of the music gave me horrible headaches. so if you want a quite and peaceful stay- choose another hotel. I woke up at 1:40 and music was still playing and then I had to wake up at 8:00 for my meetings and guess what the music just started playing. It’s a hotel- not a beach club. Respect your guests.

Very unique design orientated property with very helpful staff.

The bathroom looks very cool but due to the design water went everywhere when you showered no matter how careful you were.

We stayed one night in this beautiful and luxury place. Alejandro, at the reception, gave us a lot of good advice to visit the city and for the rest of our trip. The hotel is really nicely decorated and located near the historical center. We recommend the hotel bar as the cocktails were amazing, the view really nice and the pool with changing colors very relaxing. The breakfast was included and the food and service were amazing. A big thanks to the hotel staff and especially Alejandro for being so kind, helpful, always smiling and professional.

The downside is that if you are travelling with friends, the room is not very convenient as there is no separation between the bed and the bathroom, only a glass door. One of us had to wait outside the room while the other was getting ready. It feels like the room was designed by a male architect and for male visitors or couples. There is no proper lighting in front of the mirror over the sink, there is a weird shadow. There is no full length mirror, the towels are a bit small and not a lot of hooks to hang them. These are small details, but it could really make a difference.

Well prepared and thought of! Area is close to Los Coloradas, Hotbox,Valladolid, Cancun, Bacalar by Car 2-4 hours if you truly want to see many places. It also resembles old town like Cuba. Everyone are friendly and very respectful. It’s a good place to drive and see so many beautiful cenotes.

The architecture and design was fabulous. Small and exclusive. Others travelled to a destination wedding and came to our rooftop bar
