The breakfast was great. The room was exceptional - large, sunny, great view, and beautifully decorated. Mike & Maree are very friendly and helpful. The location of their property is great too - just a short walk from the centre of Napier.

I have no criticism of this property in any respect.

We were welcomed by M & M like old friends their home was beautiful and our space was superb. There was nothing that was too much trouble for our hosts to make our stay more comfortable even when they did our washing they had dried it for us by the wood burner Absolute stars

Great stay in Napier with Mike & Maree! Very welcoming! Great breakfast, conversation and laughs with M & M! Felt like family! Mike also had great suggestions for dinner and excursions! Loved Craggy Ranch wine tasting! Accommodations were clean with nice view and bed comfy! The bottle of wine was a nice touch and much enjoyed!

Couple minutes walk to Napier township, lovely big room with bathroom attached, great views of sea, cape kidnappers & surroundings, awesome selections of foods & drinks for breakfast & times to have, and also complimentary bottle of wine! Fantastic friendly hosts 🤩

Mike and Maree are just awesome hosts. From the time of my arrival the hospitality was outstanding. To be met with a beautiful bottle of chilled wine was a special touch... Each morning my breakfast was beautifully presented, and the selection was outstanding. I will be back :)

Fantastic accommodation, hosts were so lovely and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. Good location, a short downhill walk to the centre, but a steep uphill for the final couple of minutes on the way back, but doable. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The Hosts were excellent and so accommodating. Walking distance to downtown. Provided information and activities, restaurants and if you needed a drive they would drive you.

The host Mike was awesome and a wealth of information. Great breakfast provided with even better company. All needs were catered for and we loved all the the little added touches

It's such a lovely place. Massive room, super comfy bed, Mike and Maree are lovely, and so is Dougal. Well organized and everything I could need. Close walk to city center and amenities .

Loved our 2 night stay at MnM's BnB! Mike and Maree were wonderful hosts and their guest suite was extremely comfortable, spacious and the outlook was amazing. Really enjoyed our breakfast each morning too! Excellent location close to the town centre. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous open plan layout at the top of family home; amazing view from balcony, very clean and tidy, delightful decoration. Massive TV with Netflix, which was handy (along with complimentary wine!) as we encountered a cyclone one evening. Breakfast was amazing, with hosts on hand for local information and great conversation. Friendly dog!

Not a criticism, just a comment: The drive up to the house is very steep! Not far to walk to town but an energetic walk back up🙂

The room was so gorgeous, with simply amazing views. All the bathroom products and towels were luxurious. The complimentary breakfast was outstandingly delicious and Dougall The Doggo was a beautiful chappie. We could've quite happily stayed here a week. Thank you Mike and Maree.

The room was amazing, such a beautiful, light room with a really comfortable bed. We were greeted with a lovely cold bottle of Hawke’s Bay Chardonnay, what could be better? Mike and Maree did everything to make our stay comfortable. The location was great, easy walking or driving distance from good restaurants. A microwave is provided should you fancy an evening in. The Continental breakfast is really good too

Fantastic location, very spacious and beautifully appointed. Wonderful hosts, Mike and Maree were super friendly and helpful and the bonus was getting to hang out with Dougal, their 6 yr old border collie/staffordshire cross! Easily one of the best B&B's we have stayed at.
