Les clients ont le choix entre deux Master Suites et deux chambres d'hôtes. La première suite principale comprend un lit king-size spacieux, une grande télévision à écran plat, un grand dressing et un balcon privé calme. La salle de bains privative est pourvue d'une grande baignoire et d'une douche à l'italienne. La deuxième suite principale englobe tout le 3e étage, dispose d'un confortable lit king-size, d'une salle de bains privative avec douche à l'italienne et de son propre balcon. Lovely time at the Tortuga by the Sea rental. It was better than expected. Beautiful, comfortable home with great attention to detail. Great for large groups to be together and have privacy with the great layout of bedrooms. Clean, convenient and just a two block walk to the beach.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The staff is and helpful and we were able to get in early. The bunk bed room is perfect for my three granddaughters. It's a beautiful house, close by the ocean. We have stayed there for the last few years and will continue to keep staying there in the future. Everyone had a great time!

We loved, loved, loved this property! Our extended family visited for our kids' spring break. The property was perfect! Spacious and clean and proximate to the beach and restaurants.

We loved the property, private beach access, and proximity to the pool. Would have appreciated an extra roll of paper towels, and towels to dry dishes, but overall great experience. Would book the space again.

Absolutely enjoyed this lovely home. Beds were comfortable, spacious rooms throughout, quick service for any maintenance needs, and great beach access. The only downfall was the pool was not heated. Thanks!!

This house was huge and so convenient for going to the beach or pool, roughly 1-2 minutes each. Having 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms was perfect for our three teenage daughters. The house was very clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. We also had a sense of safety with it being in a gated community. Can't wait to go back to SPI and stay at this house.

This property was so comfortable. Excellent floor plan for a group of three couples. Huge kitchen, dining area, gathering great room area. Excellent house size for spreading out and having your own space when you wanted. Great beds, bathrooms, well equipped kitchen (with the exception of too few dish towels provided, though not an issue). Very clean!

We had a wonderful time at the Tortuga by the Sea. It is a large, cozy home with all the needed amenities for a vacation. My family enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the community pool, and the security offered by this property. The management company did a great job making the house charming and hospitable. We hope to make it back again soon.

Great place !
The place at 6502 Fountain Way was just great ! It is spacious, with the downstairs being an open area with a living room, dining room and kitchen combination. Beach and pool items are in the 2-car garage, as well as ping pong paddles and ball, badminton, etc. In the LR are puzzles, books, games, etc.
Upstairs: 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms: 1) with a king-size bed, 2) with a queen-size bed, 3) 3 bunkbeds to sleep as many as 6 (lower beds are full size).
Upstairs: 3rd floor has a separate bedroom (with a king) and full bath (shower).
The place was very clean. Only a few higher shelves were dusty.
The Community Center, 1/2 block away, has a pool which is cleaned every day. It also has a tennis court and a small kids' playground. The beach is about 2 short blocks away.
One Disappointment: The Community Club House with pool tables and a ping pong table is off-limits to renters, available only to owners. I was looking forward to playing ping pong with my grandkids.

Lacks the Basics
I was torn between Average and Below Average rating and here is why. Our flight arrived later in the evening, we had to pick up the garage door opener from the SPI location that definitely was a little off the beaten path or maybe just a hang out for workers?
As for the actual location and stay. The set up was nice, beds were actually comfortable. The things that I have experienced at many other home rentals were definitely less than favorable. Simple things like: coffee filters for the coffee pot, salt and pepper, the pots and pans were well well used, we are at the beach, but no beach towels, all the beach essentials stated that were for us to use were completely broken down from the chairs to the umbrella. Definitely a beautiful house, but what we would consider the basics were not included.

Fabulous
Magnificent time! House was huge and loved that everyone had their own bathrooms. Nice short walk to the beach! Could’ve used extra towels and hangers. There wasn’t any extras in the kitchen like towels, salt pepper, condiments etc. that would’ve been nice to have. Other than those small items we would definitely book again!!

Great place for the family!
Great location on SPI... clean place with great house layout! We love the atmosphere. Keep up the good work SPI rentals, and keep your standards high. It's hard to find good rental places. The heated pool is a great feature as well!

Gorgeous Beach House
This gorgeous beach house is amazing! The kitchen is fully equipped & spacious. The bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable. Very short walking distance to the beach. This is a gated community with security guard. We all had an amazing time. We're definitely coming back and staying at 6502 Fountain Way!!

This property is AMAZING!!!! The kitchen is very well stocked as well as all the bedrooms very spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort and convenience to the beach. Love that is was gated, secured and monitored at all times. Would definitely love to stay here again!!!!!

Nice Place
Pros:
*This place is really nice and is very close to the beach. Less than a 5 minute walk to beach
*Big place
*We had a leak in the kitchen sink and we called maintenance. They came literally within 10 minutes. They were very responsive.
* Gated community with 24 hour security guards.
Cons:
*Place was a little dirty (to be expected with sand from the beach) but the vacuum does not work well at all. The floors were sandy when we first got there. We actually ended up sweeping to get a little bit of sand up in the entry way.
*Check in was slow and given you can’t check in until 4:00 makes it even later. Only one person in the office at a time (understand b/c of Covid but still was slow).
*It advertised towels. However there were none. They brought us a few and said they would bring more but never did. There are also no dish towels so we had to use Hand towels to dry dishes.
Overall, I would stay at this place again although it is expensive. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Perfect family/friend beach house!
This home was the perfect spot for our recent visit to SPI. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. The layout was awesome … having the kitchen and main living space on the first floor was wonderful and the bunk room was awesome for the kids. The well-stocked kitchen made it easy for us to eat all meals at the house. The proximity to the beach and pool can’t be beat. The house was in great condition, especially based on how much wear and tear the salty air produces down there. Highly recommend (just don’t book the week we want next year, ha!)!!!

Great Family House
This house was great for our family of seven with young kids. Very spacious house and super convenient to walk to the beach. Kitchen well stocked with lots of chef’s needs and garage stocked with beach toys and a wagon which was super helpful. Property management had to come out twice for a clogged toilet and clogged disposal and arrived within minutes of our calls each time and fixed the issues quickly.

Fabulous beach house
Every year my family stays at 6502 Fountain Way. We love the spacious house to accommodate our large family. The house has everything we need and is decorated beautifully! We love the short walk to the beach, pool and eating places! The house is always clean and organized. We will continue to rent this house every summer!

This community has direct beach access through a gate which is extremely helpful with young children. The pool is also a bonus for additional activities! This home felt like a retreat! We will be back!

Tortuga was an amazing property.
Brought my family and my sisters family. We had a great time the house was huge and only steps to beach. They had ping-pong table which was fun for the family and the beach toys were nice. However the chairs and sun canopy were nice but were pretty rusty but we made them work. The property was great and will go again.
