Девушка на ресепшене очень вежливая, умеет работать с клиентами!

Ужасное обслуживание тех персонала! За 3 дня в комнате ни разу не убирались! Абсолютное не умение разговаривать с клиентами! Грубое отношение и обращение! Сотрудник тех персонала Айжан вроде ее зовут, не то что не выполняет свои прямые обязательства, еще и хамит!!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the first floor is amazing

I asked for the baby crib and I was told that the staff would bring it, but they never did. There’s no elevator in the building. Breakfast was ok. There were only 2 cups In the family room for 3 people. The sounds of airplanes are very audible

1. The receptionist lady Irina was very welcoming and friendly. 2. Bed sheets was clean and also a bathroom was clean. 3. Breakfast was a generous and delicious. 4. It took only 20 mins to reach the airport.

1. A quite chilly in the room, especially at night. 2. It was very noisy at night time: doors were slaming, people are shouting, etc. 3. The furniture (specifically chairs) needs to be renewed.

reception staff was very rude. they didnt want to accept visa card or cash in USD and didnt allow us to enter our room until payed by KAZAKH TENGE!!!! that was weird!!! how come tourist cannot pay by visa card or cash in USD??? how could we find tenge late night??? that was strangest staff we ever had. never will go there again!!! moreover they charged us for full 3 rooms, (as we booked 3 of course) but our friends couldnt fly to almaty because of flight change so their stay was under my name, and this hotel members STAYED TO NOT ALLOWING US TO ENTER ROOMS UNTIL PAYED IN TENGE for 3 rooms, 1 of which was not used by us!! they charged full rate!! i can understand there is reservation, but if guests dont come they should charge some penalty not full amount!!! scammer hotel!!!!

Distance from the Airport, the checkout lady was cheerful and helpful.

The check in staff were grumpy, not helpful with the bags to take them to the two rooms. No elevator at least the helper should have been provided. No room service 24hrs.
