Beautiful, clean, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Warm welcome from the time we walked in until the time we left. We are now members of the hotel group, I am so excited to join and stay at all of your locations. My my my your first impressions always count, and you I must say, was the most awesome first for us. I liked that the hotel was close to many restaurants and the beach.

The rooms smelled like outside. The elevators had no air conditioning. Our bathroom fan didn’t work and you could see where the fixtures had been moved but no one bothered to paint/cover up where they were originally. The parking is horrible! Who wants to park behind the hotel??

Location was great, breakfast was fair, outdoor pool was great for kids! Restaurant right next door, "The Spot" had good food and nice area for kids to play.

I chose this hotel based off of other reviews and a lot of people said it was a very nice hotel, clean, etc. We found it to be somewhat dirty, we had yo request a new room due to 1st room not being cleaned before we arrived and it had a very strange smell, almost like cat urine. 2nd room we were moved too seemed a bit cleaner but still had the odd smell.

Clean and great location. Loved the dove hair and body wash products in the shower!

My only complaint was the staff wasn’t very friendly. They all seemed to be either very bored or very uninterested in helping me get checked in and out.

Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The front check-in staff worked really hard for me since I showed up a day early. They got my reservation set for two days in the same room. They were awesome and very accommodating. Good Job!!

This is a small matter, but you needed more staff to help guests check-in. The wait was a bit long, but everyone was patient. The staff was quick and professional.

staff gave alot of attitude for simple questions as if they didnt want to be approached. Online I saw that says parking included and I had to pay for each night. Amd if I left during my stay I would have to pay additional. When I booked hotel it said beach front room and I ended up getting side room. No towels in pool. Someone fell asleep over night I'm a lounge chair I'm the pool section. The access is so easy that homeless got in. Side doors that need key to get in where open. For what I payed it was not fine.

The breakfast got old eating the same thing over each day. Would be nice to try some different type of eggs, fried, etc.

We were a family of 4 and we never had enough towels. We had to trade dirty towels for new ones in order to get more.

Location was excellent being located to one of the best "SPOTS" on the beach!

Parking situation and staff could be more helpful to those not familiar with the area.

Room air conditioning extremely noisy . Elevators had terrible odor. Breakfast was unappetizing and flies were all over dining area. Major problem was no elevator in parking garage. Staff did not provide notice of elevator outage.

Tried to tell people evening of and next day. Manager unavailable ac in room broken...it was like sleeping in washing machine....woke up all nite long...staff unavailable or unwilling to do anything.

The location was good, and had we had the correct information to view the fireworks, we would have seen them perfectly! It's nice that it's right across the beach, but it's not safe to cross. It's also nice they are right next to the Spot Restaurant, they deliver to the rooms.

We were left waiting to have our room door fixed for an hour! The staff kept saying the maintenance people would be up in 5 minutes but sent them to the wrong room or just didn't assist. Three floors are super hot, and the pool area is not very clean. They also didn't have towels available. I understand it was a busy holiday time, and they were overwhelmed but it didn't seem like they were wanting to assist.

The location was great, just across the Seawall to the beach and walking distance (about half mile) from the Pleasure Pier. The room was spacious and nice to not have any carpet with all the sand.

The $15 per night parking was a lot and should have been included in the room price. The breakfast was nice, but overcrowded and they were out of a lot of items that we were hoping to eat (bacon, hashbrowns, sausage...)
