The area was nice. It was spacious enough and staff was helpful

The place is a dump..very unsafe to stay..riff raft people hanging outside.

Appearance of the hotel..the doors had been kicked in previously..will not stay there again.

I was given a different room number that was dirty no TV no chairs and smelled. The rooms were not clean, the front desk attendant had to go to 4 different rooms to find us a clean one with the basic amenities. .

It wasn’t as run down as we expected.

First the room we got was not the correct one, and when brought up I was informed that there were no rooms available, so I was just stuck with the incorrect room with no accommodations rewarding the problem. As well as the room not being clean as well as it should’ve been. There was urine stains all over the bathroom toilet and there was hair stuck on the walls of the shower.

Rooms weren’t cleaned until I complained it was only cleaned one day . Beds were broken down and very uncomfortable

The wifi didn't work , couldn't connect to it! They always have not so good wifi connection even if u r in the front rooms.

Everything was great, i saw a lot of improvements within a year. Also, the manager in the front desk is such a wonderful person. Very kind, nice, and helps out a lot!

The hotel is slipping. It's just showing its age and neglect. The staff tries so very hard and house keeping does thier best. Some guests don't care about the smoking so you'll have to deal with that.

I'm afraid this was my last stay.
