The location and ease of finding the hotel was the only good. There were two of the four staff members that were extremely helpful!

The hallways smelled sour and dank. They did NOT provide housekeeping services. We had to bring our old towels to the front desk for clean ones. They also claimed to be switching companies and did not provide continental breakfast as advertised when I booked! I also requested handicap accommodations; however, none were provided, not even non slip showers.

The staff was very rude. They were not accommodating when we needed more towels in fact they wouldn't allow enough towels in the room for my whole family to take a shower we ended up having to dry off with wash rags and hand towels because they wouldn't give us more towels and when I asked the lady at the front desk she argued with me and told me she did not care if I left a good rating or not or whether I was pleased or not about my visit. The facility has an odor. The door to our room wouldn't even open all the way so it was difficult to get the bags in and out the door. The floor in the facility including the elevator is always wet so be aware. I would not recommend this location to anyone

Room .Carpet smelled horrible..room floors stickey..room smelled old.the bed felt like bricks...I can't believe its legal to have beds that hard..the hall ways and rooms smelled like wet dirt

The front desk attendant was nice!

This property smelled very musty, we were told that being that we were staying more than one day we wouldn’t have housekeeping! The next morning we went down to get more towels and was told that there weren’t any more that was clean. We choose to leave a day early and was never questioned or asked why or if there was an issue with our stay. I know that prices were up because it being a holiday weekend but for the price we paid I expected more. This place was not it.
