Very close to the beach, good parking.

The hotel its self was nasty. Roaches everywhere, smell of weed everywhere (i know they cant help that, but we had small kids in our group, it smelled awful). The trash by the elevator literally smelled like it had something rotting in it. The front staff worker was rude and unhelpful. The beds were hard as a rock, the showers has zero pressure and the shower curtain was so far that water was everywhere on the floor by the time you were done showering. The staff was loud at night and kept us awake. Will not be staying here again.

El chequeo fue rápido y ya tenían lista mi habitación, todo super limpio.

No hot water in the shower. I told front desk and they told me to turn it to cold then turn it back. Still no hot water then on day of check out told front desk again about hot water and was told that maintenance doesn't come in until 9am and they would send them up but nobody never came. For $286 we should have had hot water especially with my daughter with me. I'm very disappointed

Todo estuvo mal lo único bueno de el fue el personal de reservación lo demás todo mal

El agua de picina me pinto el pelo color verde 😭,salieron dos cucarachos uno en mi cama otro en el buró ,vatallamos mucho para abrir la puerta de mi habitación todas la veces unas fueron más de 10 minutos se bloqueaban las tarjetas ,reserve con una semana de anticipación y mi habitación aún no estaba lista me hicieron esperan casi 1 hora más para poder alojarme la entrada era alas 3 y entre alas 4 pero para el cheek de salida son muy puntuales faltaban 5 min para las 11 y ya me estaban tocando que ya tenía que entregar la habitación ,aparte de eso la señora del desayuno siempre estuvo enojada a todos nos veía muy feo mala cara y se la pasaba regañándonos a todos de que no ensuciáramos el comedor

Cleaner than I expected for a beach hotel, and the room was huge.

Could have been better maintained.

Close to beach. Breakfast plentiful. Front desk good. Cleaning staff friendly
