Location was great 5min walk to the Tower & we’ll located for several nice restaurants.

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room with a beautiful terrace which has a view of the tower. The breakfast on the rooftop was set in a remarkable surrounds, with views of the tower and into the botanical gardens.

Great location near in the heart of the city. Possibility of parking in the restricted area with the purchase of a permit. Walkable to the tower or the old city center. Very clean and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Staff was very welcoming, useful and very approachable. The breakfast on the terrace was an awesome experience with a great view on the tower and the cathedral.

Location was incredible. Walking distance from the Leaning Tower of Pisa and our room had a balcony with a view of the tower. Luca was an amazing host.

Parking was a little tricky but with the help from Luca we made it happen. To many sweets for breakfast. Better bread would have been great but other than that everything was wonderful.

B&B 7 Rooms was simply exceptional - everything from the super clean and comfortable accommodation, the very central location (2-3 minutes on foot from the Leaning Tower) to the host himself - Luca. Despite a 2 hour flight delay from London, Luca was still there to welcome us. We were shown around the accommodation and there were some recommendations for eating out locally too. Great given that not everywhere in the city is open during the winter months. He was there during each of our breakfasts too - looking after us and other guests. The room given was very large and very comfortable with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was impeccably clean and was seen to during our stay. There’s a great little team working here and all are very friendly. B&B 7 Rooms proved to be brilliant accommodation at a brilliant price. I would recommend it to other travellers and it’ll definitely be my first choice of accommodation when returning to Pisa.

Excellent location for exploring Pisa on foot with a young family. Luca was welcoming and helpful. We stayed in a comfortable clean large family room with terrace and view of the Leaning tower. A gem!

The continental style breakfast was basic, but good for those whom need a quite bite before exploring for the day. Coffee was good.

Luca was very helpful and friendly, nothing seems to be too much trouble for him. He bough some lactose free goodies for the morning and he was making sure everything was fine. The room was very comfortable and very clean.
