the location was great for us; central to everywhere we needed to be. Cielo, who manages the property was great but her hands were tied I believe by the cheap landlord.

The fact that there were no toiletries when we arrived after midnight as I guess the owner is not used to providing the basics for his guests, as also witnessed by most of the ratty towels he provided was worrisome. We had stayed in other apartments in the building and toiletries and decent towels were provided with a nice sized tv and a safe, a must have. We asked for the safe which was listed in the description and Cielo quickly purchased one and mounted it. She also brought us basic personal items.

Cielo was very nice, attentive, and was available at all times via WhatsApp. She offered many different tours and guide us with recommendations. The apartment has a very nice view and the AC works very good!

The apartment does not provide basic shower essentials. Like shampoo and body soap. In addition, there was only one toilet paper roll. There was also no napkins or a one day supply of coffee. Therefore, if you have these expectations, come prepared! You can buy any of these items at the Olímpica near by.

1) Apartment conditions are bad. Do not expect to get a flat in pristine conditions. 2) Booking's terms of listing are not precise and misleading. 3) Not possible to get guests inside unless they are part of the original booking. 4) Must wear a plastic bracelet that cannot be removed (neither when sleeping or being outside) to access the premises. 5) Water leaking from the ceiling and the toilet - leaking from the cealing fixed after one day. 6) Only 4 towels were provided for 5 nights staying for two people. No washing machine to clean them. 7) A chair that was badly fixed broke while a person was sitting on it. 8) Not possible to leave the luggage stored at the reception. 9) Cleaning was very "high-level". For example, the bedside table was full of dust and the bulb was missing.

Staff was excellent. Special shout out to the gentlemen who run the pool facilities, they are awesome!

The view outside was beautiful! Conveniently located to city, restaurants, and mall.

There was few roaches. I bought spray and they went away.

Dirty under the bed, dirty under bathroom cabinet, faucets were loose, refrigerator was constantly leaking water and flooding the floor. Refrigerator, oven, microwave, and closet drawers were very dirty. Other than that great location.

The air condition didn’t stay at a set temperature and would continue to gradually go up and as a result the floor would be extremely wet. You would have to turn off and turn on the air conditioning every time that happens. Other than that everything was amazing

Great place, awesome balcony, very comfortable bed. The swimming pool was very enjoyable as well. Dealing with the staff was easy and happened without any problems.

There were some problems with the appartement when checking in, they had to replace the curtains. When we got in they were still cleaning, and it was not cleaned properly, e.g. stains on the table from the previous visitors. I requested and got a late check-out approved, but the cleaner showed up at the regular time anyway.
