The location, the personal (special mention to Rafa), the owner is very friendly, a perfect place of quiet in a vibrant area.

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Casa Cytia, all of the staff were lovely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was yummy and made quickly, the pool and rooftop were great facilities for sunbathing. Location was good for close quality restaurants, walking distance to both old town and Castillo de San Felipe.

Wifi worked but was slow and would disconnect when a lot of people were using it. Noise levels were a bit crazy on the Friday night just due to the proximity to plaza del Trinidad.

Despite being in the middle of a wonderful area with lots of music, people and some craziness, the hotel is small, cozy and clean…like an oasis in the middle of the craziness.

Located in the absolute center of the historical, art and nightlife district of Cartagena, it was still surprisingly peaceful, quiet and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable with a quiet and efficient air conditioner.

Rooms have windows onto the walkway making it impossible to maintain privacy with open curtains.

Great hotel in the best part of Cartagena! Amazing friendly staff, nice clean room, quiet location and a nice swimming pool. Airconditioning worked perfectly and was a must in the heat.

it’s not a hotel. it’s a house. I get home at 4am and I had to wait 20 minutes to get the door open, you can’t bring guests, so we were asked paid for an extra room and the guest couldn’t enter the property until 3pm. kinda disappointed. basic breakfast. overpriced in general.

There is nothing I didn't like! Even if this is a simple place and doesn´t have room service or a restaurant, there are a few amazing ones just next door.

this is a lovely place, with a refreshing and shady pool and roof deck, and just fabulous staff who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. great wifi!

Location is great. Easy to walk to many restaurants, clubs, bars and art streets. AC in the room works very well. It's a simple room with beds, IKEA PAX style closet and a bathroom with a shower.

Nothing much. Only a very minor thing. It took about 30min from the check in until we got the wifi password. Probably we were just unlucky that day and arrived on the day when they changed the PW...

Great location in the heart of Getsemani. Surprisingly very quiet considering 2 minutes from a pretty lively part of town. Very friendly staff The breakfast was very nice. We had a nice little variety items to choose from. Crepes, Omelette, cereal, toast, freshly squeezed OJ..hot milk was a nice touch for the coffee. The pool was nice and quiet at all times. Very refreshing after a day of walking in the town.

I’m pretty sure if I had asked I would have gotten a second pillow and more linens.
