The elevators did not work. Too many remotes. No hot water in one of the bathrooms.

The apartment as a whole and the maid that was recommended made the stay even better

Everything is very good in this apartment, Mrs. Sandra was very kind, she always responded quickly when we needed her, the only thing I did not like about the building was the elevator

The apartment was super well equipped with everything. Very comfortable and very clean. The staff was very attentive to everything we needed. Highly recommended.

The elevator was a nightmare. Only one elevator for a 21-floor building. The only disappointing thing about the stay. And one of the beds was bad.

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures, it is spacious, clean, comfy and beautiful! The outside space where the jacuzzi and the BBQ are located...is amazing! That view. ❤ Sandra was very accommodating, great communication and she even sent us a bottle of champagne to celebrate my niece's baptism and brother's wedding, what a great customer experience. The first day, I noticed the AC was not cold enough, I reached out to Sandra and she sent someone to fix it right away. Me and my family really enjoyed this stay and we shared memories that will last forever in our hearts and minds. Thank you very much!

It has nothing to do with the apartment, but rather, the building. The elevator experience was awful! If you are not patient, think twice of staying in this building. 3 elevators and only 2 work because the middle one NEVER works. In a normal world situation, about 6 people fit in the elevator, but due to the pandemic, only 3 people could go in...well...there were times there were 10 people in the elevator because they were tired of waiting 20 minutes to half an hour for it. That was the only thing, otber than that, everything was wonderful.

Very large, beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment with amazing views of the ocean The beach is only 5 mts walk from this apartment which is in a safe area. Very comfortable beds. We were 3 couples and had bedrooms with attached bathrooms. There were 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is good for a few couples or families. We also liked to cook so we spent a lot of time in the kitchen which had everything we needed. Good appliances, pots and pans, cutlery and plates etc. The washer and dryer helped a lot. There are grocery stores just walking distance. The hosts Fernando and Sandra were extremely helpful and answered all my questions immediately and made us feel at home. I loved the openness of the Living room, Dining room and the Kitchen. The large balcony with the ocean view and a Jacuzzi were a great plus.
