Second time here. By far the best I’ve had in Bulgaria. As an accommodation unit owner myself, I can tell the place is really well taken care of. It got a makeover. It has a really cool pool now. The kitchens are well equipped and sufficient. The rooms have everything you need. The quality of the materials used to build this place is beyond expectations. This place is worth twice what I paid for. The room has a new (i assume) double bed mattress and it’s amazing.

The internet got an upgrade too, but there’s still space for improvement.

It was a great stay! We really enjoyed the pool with the water slide and the outdoor space!

Walls are too thin and make it a bit noisy .

Spacious, clean rooms, private bathroom, big yard with a pool (that's new and cleaned daily)

Some mold smell- nothing really bad, but since the location is best value for money, it can be easily overlooked (solving it by leaving the windows open).

Concept is nice: several rooms sharing some amenities and the courtyard, but bathrooms are private. Swimming pool, patches of lawn, several tables, the two kitchens etc make it easy to socialize. Rooms are clean, so are the linen and towels provided, although modest in standard. Fair deal altogether.

Noise from adjacent room. Issue with bathroom sewage: bad smell coming out (easy to address if interested at all).

Ok, so I liked how the rooms are. They make sense, simple and enough. Hot water. Good A/C, enough space for stuff, overall very satisfactory. Great yard. It's a shame it's not being taken care of. Also great facilities for cooking. Plenty of space outside, Very affordable.

The yard should be taken care of. It's so pretty. It deserves a makeover. The Wi-Fi! Very bad Wi-Fi. I'm sure this will get fixed, as it so easy to fix. It was a very good stay for the money, I just wish i had better Wi-Fi.

The property is not near the beach, but quite close with a car (6 km), the room was clean but small, the owner very kind. It is also available a summer kitchen where you can prepare breakfast.

The rooms are clean, new furniture, the beds are very comfortable. The garden is very nice, green and refreshing, perfect for evenings spent outside. The location is close to the center, a 5 minutes walk to the supermarket, atm.

The property has a lot of potential but it really needs a house keeper for the facilities, after 3 days spent nobody came to wash the tiles floor or even to empty the bin from the kitchen which we found full from the previous turrists and we had to manage ourselves for our garbage.The kitchen needs serious cleaning, it's not enough the tourist is washing his own plates but a kitchen must be cleaned properly and not by the tourists. The barbeque tools were greassy, the dish dryer full of water,, small little details that makes a kitchen look clean. The rooms are very clean but from the bathrooms it comes a bad smell even with the vents always on. In room 6 the toilet was leaking piss on the floor wgen you flush and was impossible to use. We asked the owner for a solution and after a small argument we got another room in exchange but I understood clearly that the owner was not happy for this solution. Actually we informed about the problem in the morning saying we return from the beach to the property after 6pm to let time to fix the toilet, when we came at 7pm the owner said that the plummer was waiting for us half hour after 6pm (the owner didn't bother to come and manage the problem but we were supposed to appoint the plummer for this?!? In my opinion we are here for vacation not house maintenance) then the plummer left the property and we were supposed to wait him again next day otherwise will fix it after we leave. So after a little argument with the owner we got a different room. Even the owner was always polite even during the small argument I didn't like his 15 yerars old son's atitude, very unproffessional when he came to open the second room for us, he entered the property shouting at the phone with somebody, dudn't even look at me, went straight to the second room an unlock then left continuing to shout in his phone leaving me with my hand forward for a shake and thank you while he turned around and left without responding.
