Palm Paradise! Clearwater Beach 4/3 Luxury! Waterfront-Poolside Unit w Boat Slip
Maison de ville neuve de 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain complètes de 2800 pieds carrés avec garage pour 2 voitures, située dans le quartier primé de Clearwater Beach.
Très bien situé avec de nombreux restaurants et tout le nécessaire pour passer de fantastiques vacances à la plage en quelques minutes à pied. L'unité de prime prime a été professionnellement décorée dans un décor de plage contemporain.
Le rez-de-chaussée du deuxième niveau comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en quartz silestone qui s’ouvrent sur la salle à manger où se trouve une grande table pouvant accueillir 8 et 3 personnes supplémentaires au bar. Le salon principal et le balcon ont des sièges donnant sur la magnifique baie de Clearwater.
En plus de la vue relaxante sur l'eau, le salon est équipé d'une télévision connectée de 60 pouces avec câble et d'un service limité gratuit à la demande. Une buanderie avec une laveuse et une sécheuse est située à côté de la cuisine. La chambre située à cet étage a un lit queen avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire confortable.
Le 3ème étage comprend la suite principale et 2 autres chambres, toutes dotées de lits king-size et de confortables matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme. La suite principale comprend une grande salle de bains avec douche et baignoire surplombant l’eau. Il y a un balcon sur le maître où vous pouvez vous asseoir et profiter de la vue sur l'eau. Chaque chambre est équipée d'une télévision à écran plat de 40 à 48 pouces.

Couldn’t been happier with our accommodation. We had plenty of room for two youthful families. The house and location was spot on. We were able to walk to dinner, stores and the beach easily. The owners hospitality and communication was excellent. I would recommend and plan on staying in this home again.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was approx .4 miles to the beach & close to many restaurants. The condo provided beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and a wagon. This condo is on the end of the unit right next to the pool; which was convenient as we had a bunch of teenagers that enjoyed the pool. The pool is a nice size; much larger than most shared pools. We used instacart a couple of times to deliver food & snacks to the condo.
Overall, we would stay here again, you won't be disappointed with the location or the space.

My family and I celebrated my brother’s 50th birthday here and we had a blast! All 9 of us, 8 adults and 1 child. The home is beautiful and the location is perfect. The host’s have thoroughly thought out and made all the necessary accommodations to ensure a very memorable experience. They had all the beach necessities and fishing poles and tackle etc…
We would love to return in the near future.

My adult children and young grandchildren all came together from different parts of the US and so enjoyed our time at Coleen's home. We loved the pool and close access to the beach. We had our holiday dinner at our rental and had all the kitchen necessities required to cook and serve a holiday meal. We had plenty of room for our family and enjoyed the gorgeous view every day. I did send some inquiries to Colleen,(such as how to work the heat and she responded right away). We had a wonderful time and would go back again!

We just spent the absolute best long weekend in Clearwater with 4 couples for a surprise 40th! This townhouse is incredible. We lacked for nothing, the pool and hot tub are conveniently located to the house. Every one in our party was raving about how clean and comfortable the home is! We had an amazing stay in this condo at Brightwater Blue. The location is within walking distance to so many restaurants, and the beach is a short, 8-10 minute walk. We were extremely impressed at the amenities they offered, including everything you would possibly need for the beach! Inside the condo, everything seemed brand new, and the appliances worked well. A big plus to this property is the location of the community pool right next door. Also, my son loved fishing right off the docks every morning, and we saw dolphins almost every day. We met two guards on staff at the property who were so friendly. Honestly, there is not a negative about this place. We can't wait to return again and will book this exact place. Thanks, Colleen!

Beautiful home & Great Location
Our stay was great. The house was very clean and had everything you needed. The pool area was amazing as well. However it would of been nice to have some umbrellas to escape the sun at times. The beds were extremely firm. If you don't prefer to sleep on a firm mattress, this house is not for you. You can't beat the location. It's within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. This house had everything you needed for a beach day. Thank you for sharing your home.

Family Wedding Reunion
We renting this condo to accommodate 7 siblings after a wedding so we could all spend a few days together. It was a beautiful place for us to just that. The deck overlooking the water was perfect for morning coffee and evening trips down memory lane. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic trip
This property provided our family the perfect getaway. We had 6 adults and 4 rambunctious children and all felt like this place provided ample space for everyone to sleep comfortably and enjoy each other’s company! The boat dock was a huge plus, as we were able to tie up there when we weren’t out dolphin spotting and hunting for private beaches to hang out on. Close walk to the public beaches and plenty of great restaurants and activities close by as well. Great pool right next door to this specific unit, which was also very convenient. Colleen was responsive and extremely accommodating during this whole pandemic and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing experience. Amenities were very easy to access. Security of the place were very helpful and family friendly. Household items were provided to have a great experience at the beach or to even have a mini BBQ. My family enjoyed absolutely everything. The view from the place to the bay were very breathtaking. Definitely Palm Paradise
Beautiful property, extremely clean, gorgeous views, relaxing setting, located next to a clean, heated pool and hot tub. Colleen, is prompt, professional and super friendly! We had no issues with anything on the property during our week stay over Christmas. The three levels of sliding patio doors open to a beautiful view. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The security is just outside your door, day and night. We could easily walk to restaurants, boutiques, beach and boat rentals. The garage easily accommodated our two vehicle rentals. We had easy access and quick responses from Colleen during our stay. We would definitely rent this property again!

Just returned home from a WONDERFUL 5 day stay at Palm Paradise. The condo is beautifully decorated, immaculately cleaned and in a great location. There is security on site and every guard we met was very friendly and helpful. The pool heater was down our entire stay so that was a huge disappointment as it rendered the pool unusable, but we got plenty of use out of the hot tub and pool area. Colleen was incredibly helpful in the weeks leading up to our stay and went over and above to make sure we had what we needed. There were a few things that would have really made this rental over the top: the kitchen supplies were a bit spare. A new spice rack or at least some new spices, a set of mixing bowls, and some larger pans would really come in handy. The beach supplies are pretty old and janky, in particular there were no real coolers, only a foam cooler with no lid. The bedrooms don't have anywhere to plug in phones; a little Cubie alarm clock/charging station by the beds would be nice so you don't have to charge your phone across the room. Other than those few things this was an excellent stay and we would definitely stay again!

We knew this place was going to be nice, but it exceeded all expectations. Pristine property, SO much room, more than comfortable. The location was perfect for our other obligations on Clearwater Beach. Uber’s were there in minutes every time we requested one, but we were also able to walk to the beach and other spots very easily. My group all commented that we’d like to come back, so hopefully we’ll be able to stay here again!

Checking in and out was super easy. Communication with property manager was great. Townhome was absolutely beautiful and along waterway. It is in a great location. However, we chose this townhome based on its original listing.. it was supposed to have 3 king beds, but the new owners had a full/queen bed in one of those bedrooms which was disappointing. Also, bed sheets were not comfortable. Overall, kitchen and main living spaces were beautiful and appliances were great. Balconies provided nice views, and for this particular unit, it was nice to be right next to the pool. Had a great time!

Beautiful Townhouse!
The townhouse was exactly as shown online. Views were outstanding of the bay where we saw dolphins and even a manatee from our outdoor seating area. . The home was very comfortable, furnishings were updated and very clean. It was a short walk to the soft sandy beaches and many restaurants and shops.
Colleen was extremely accommodating with any issue or questions we had.
