I couldn't get a female friend in my room for a visit ..if I had to pay extra I would . They never gave an option or resolution. Not visiting again..really left with a bad experience

They hqve taken 1000 extra to provide check in. For a legitimate bill, they were asking 30% over and above the amount+1000 and again 18% gst. Worst experience in my life for any hotel

Rooms are stinking, toilets doors are dirty, no proper maintainance of hotel aa gyser was not working, basin was choked up n inspire of this info was shared no one came up for repair, the guys are unprofessional they don't know how to deal with clients ...

the rooms are in pathetic condition. i have stayed in another hotel which is cheaper and far more cleaner. the staff here is rude, naive and smoking pot right outside hotel.

Location is very good. Hotel staff was not agree to give breakfast. They said it was not included with package we avail.

Welcome was not properly maintained. Bathroom was dirty. Bath mug broken. Gizer not worked, water lickege complaints noticed to staffs. Etc etc

bad smell, bad attitude.. I stayed only because I paid the money in Advance for 2 days. please don’t go to this place.. You can find better hotels near to this one of them I have shifted was Hotel Ardaas Residency 600 rs more compare to the price. but clean and big rooms and very polite staffs.. It’s a good choice for 2000rs.. Please never take this place you will definitely regret for choosing this place for your stay .. Trust me

Un hygienic place… They just gave the rooms which has used by other guest.. No window in any of the rooms so it’s always have a bad smell.. I stayed for 2 days only because I paid the money in advance.. if you wanted to get infected with other diseases from others then please stay there. staffs attitude was very bad.. You can find better hotels near by .. I moved to a different hotel named as Hotel Ardaas much bigger rooms and very hygienic its 600 rs more expensive but compared to Gold Coast in its a much better choice. The bed sheets, pillow covers even the bathroom of goal coast in was filthy.. Never choose that hotel for your stay trust me you will regret

Rooms are bit small but as per price we paid they are ok. Wifi was not working. And rooms had weird smell due to moisture.

The location is really good.Near to airport. Ola cab n auto services were available at all times.

Complimentary Breakfast wasn't provided at the requested time. The helping staff were not wearing masks n was not maintaining covid appropriate behaviour. The staff themselves were listening to loud music which was really disturbing n had to request them thrice n eventually turned the volume down.
