Lovely breakfast

All the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, but I would have preferred to eat my meal in the restaurant and not in the pub.

Parking, it’s a little tricky and extra cost. But still fair value street price

Lovely hotel, great breakfast! Lovely bar area! Good location too!

We weren’t aware they had swimming lessons in the weekdays in the afternoon/evenings so didn’t feel like we could go for a swim in those times, hotel room shower didn’t have great pressure.

The staff was very overwhelming. I had a very good time there and for sure I will be back

To stay only in a short period of time

Location was quite good & it was good to be able to use the facilities of the sister hotels which were far more aesthetically appealing.

Carpets were grubby, walls were & doors looked unclean & were scuffed with dark marks or scratches. Bedding didn’t look clean & also needed to wipe door handles etc as looked & felt unclean. No long length mirrors & no pleasant views with a family sized room. Lots of banging doors & loud & uncouth language used by males & females plus stomping along the corridor during the early hours of the morning preventing sleep & feeling unsafe. Left £200 prescription reading glasses in hotel room & apparently was not handed into lost property. Surprise surprise.
