Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staffs were very helpful and friendly . Overall a very nice experience.

The non stick surface in the shower was still quite slippery and older guest was nervous about using it.

Convenient for BIC. Just what we needed as I have a bad back and can’t walk far at the moment. Breakfast was awesome. Everything you could wish for - beautifully cooked.

Just a couple of flies in the ointment really. There were no smart tv’s in any rooms. We arrived late and tired. Just wanted to chill ant watch Netflix before a busy day Sunday. No possible. Just 5 tv channels! Wimbledon, bbc4, news, CBeebies and cbbc! Also no bath. So couldn’t soak my back. 😒. Could have coped with just a shower if I had a decent film to watch 😜 (bathroom could have been cleaner - dirty grout and pink mould around the bottom of the screen)

Modern facilities with good ambiance.

The room had issues. Only one draw per person for a weeks stay is inadequate. The sink tap was very loose but was rectified when reported. The sink was cracked. There was no electrical point for shavers or electric toothbrush etc The shower support rail did not work properly. The hotel was on a sharp incline which we found challenging when returning at the end of the day.

Breakfast was a waste of time as the kitchen were unable to cope with the amount of guests wanting a cooked breakfast. We were directed to wait but there was not enough cooked food coming out quickly enough to cater for everyone . We were at breakfast for over an hour and had a yogurt and toast!

The modern, clean and well fitted out rooms. The very friendly staff and the wonderful breakfast. Everything that you expect from a hotel was found in the Hampton-Hilton at Bournemouth.

Liked the room from point of view of size, comfort of bed, quietness. The closeness to town, although my friend found the hill a bit of a challenge!

Felt the need of another grab rail in the bathroom nearer the exit end. Thought the breakfasts were a bit ordinary, considering how much we paid.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal sehr nett. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer, Lobby und Frühstückbereich ist voll ausreichend. Wir würden wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

Wir waren zu dritt im Zimmer mit Ausziehsofa, da hatt es Koffern nicht mehr wirklich viel Platz.

My main gripe was that it was my birthday on 30th april. You offered no complimentary that made my anxiety have overload

A very fresh hotel at a good location with great breakfast.

The nearby restaurants close quite early, first evening we had to eat fastfood because everything closed at 10 PM.

Car park was right underneath the hotel. Room was clean and staff were very friendly.

Had to walk up the steps to the entrance with a suitcase.

The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The location was perfect few minutes walk to the beach and town centre. Definitely would stay there again and would recommend to everyone.
