The view was gorgeous; overlooking the beach and within close proximity to Cavil Avenue, Surfers Paradise. It made for an excellent and central location with closeness to trams, restaurants, shopping precincts and the beach.

What i liked most is the location itself.. beach front… very relaxing accessible to all foodcourt, mall and groceries… The facilities in the hotel are all brand new…

Absolutely incredible views of the ocean. Especially from our 12th floor unit. The unit itself was clean and tidy.
Very basic bathroom products - simple soap only, no shampoo or conditioner, sanitary bag or shower cap as other accomodation has standard.
There was very limited crockery and cutlery in the room. Possibly because of breakages previous to our stay.

Only 1 lift working during school holidays. Made for some long waits at times. Also disappointed that the roof was not accessible

Perfect location right on the beach and right next to Cavill Ave. The room we stayed in was tidy and very comfortable and all staff were very friendly. We will definitely be back.

The room was very comfy and the view was amazing. A lovely treat for our honeymoon although I think we're going to stay here next time we come too.
The WiFi is awful. There isn't dedicated WiFi for the room so trying to connect to it to send one or two messages is a pain.

The best location and the best value, we had a beautiful ocean view.
The room was super clean, recently renovated and all appliances were new and clean. Mattress were comfortable and had lots of pillows. Smooth check in and out. We had a bargain price probably due to construction but that didn't bother us. We'd love to visit again.
