A perfect haven to relax after 2 weeks of travelling round Tanzania. Can't think of a single complaint, from the fabulous breakfasts and delicious surprise treats that turned up, special mention for the chef here, to lovely rooms, great showers, helpful staff, great local restaurants, security, peaceful... we lived it.

Ours was a beautiful 4 bedroom villa with a nice pool, situated among mature coastal forest right on the beach. The staff are wonderful, including making every accommodation possible for the delicious included breakfast, and helping us make food and beverage purchases in nearby villages. Don’t miss the opportunity to snorkel with dolphins!
No on-property lunch or dinner options, but with restaurants up and down the beach a short walk away, we found that perfectly fine.

The whole staff was very friendly and helpful! The young chef did an amazing job - breakfast is super delicious!

This is the perfect place for a relaxed holiday. Location is superb, with direct access to the one of the most beautiful beaches we have seen in our life. The owners were very accommodating to any possible requests we had, gave us lots of recommendations for local places of interest, restaurants and etc., very nice and professional hosts.
We loved everything, will definitely come back and recommend to all our friends!

We had wonderful stay in this amazing villa. As we’ve stayed in couple of places in Zanzibar, we can really say this one was the best!
Very private, quiet and relaxing place to stay as well as very secure.
3 bedroom villa has very nice pool that helped us to spend hottest hours )), but the beach and the ocean are just on a doorstep, that is amazing.
We appreciate so much all the help and support that Jacek provided!!! All recommended trips, services and restaurants were the best choice in area. Drinks in minibar are very good price and can be refilled by request, so you don’t need to take a taxi or drive a car to the neighbor village where nearest big supermarket located. Jacek also helped us with a future car rental, stored our luggage during the trip to safari and many many more!
Thanks a lot people of the Villa Tulia! We hope to stay here again as this is the place you will definitely want to return to!
