Sehr bequeme Betten, liegt sehr praktisch an der Flughafen Linie, nettes Personal, Aufenthaltsraum mit Mikrowelle und Wasserspender, wir konnten schon früher einchecken ohne Aufpreis

Hostel Cleo was by far the cleanest hostel or hotel I've stayed in. The staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. I am grateful for them! Inside the room, the big window made the small space feel so comfortable and lovely. The property itself is nice and well-taken care of. The bed was so comfortable, the body wash smelled good, and the slippers inside were nice and not nasty and crusty. It was great to have a mini fridge inside the room; a total perk for a hostel. The lounge on the B1 level was great to have, also nicely decorated and clean. Having a 24-hour coin-op laundry was also such a wonderful perk. I was concerned the hostel would be too far a trek from the subway station, but it was not; it was a 3-5 minute walk. The location was great, surrounded by so many shops and gorgeous cafes, plus the beautiful Gyeongui Line Forest Park. They also had umbrellas for the guests to borrow and a (bare) patio on the fifth floor which was nice to take in the view of the city.

These are cons but not deal breakers: The breakfast was not great for someone who is vegan (there were some cute-looking pastries, but they may not have been vegan-friendly), but the juice boxes were great. Mango FTW! The room was small, but that was expected. That said, there was still enough room that it didn't feel super cramped for a solo traveler. There was no full-length mirror available, but if you need to check your full outfit, the reflection inside the elevator will do in a pinch.

The room was much bigger than expected, really clean. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect.

Very central location, right next to shops, museums and restaurants. Metro station also close by. Wifi was good and the personal was really friendly. Definitely great value for the price and would stay again when in Seoul! 🫶

The room was really small and the bathroom even smaller, but I guess this is like this in every other Seoul hotel, too. Nothing else to complain about.

Location

We stayed at the 2nd floor and the big window didnt give us privacy to the big and noisy road. When you pull down the curtain, the small openable window is blocked and the really tiny room will run out of fresh air pretty fast.

Room was small but big enough for 1 person. Room was cosy and bed was comfortable and there's housekeeping everyday. Location was great!

Just happened that my room door opens directly in front of the stairs, so solo female travellers might have to be more careful as you are not able to see if anyone is hiding on the stairs. But it's still safe cos there's CCTV on the level.

The style of the property is very simple and clear.

If the size of the room could be bigger, it would be better. But overall is totally fine.

The hostel even has hair dryers

After the first person finishes bathing, the hot water quickly runs out when the second person takes a bath, and it takes a long time to change back to hot water
