Empfang war freundlich, das Zimmer war zweckmäßig und mit abgetrenntem Dusch- WC- & Waschbereich ausgestattet. War dadurch allerdings auch entsprechend beengt. Gastronomisches Angebot und Frühstück waren sehr gut. Der Schwimm-, Spa- & Fitnessbereich waren relativ zweckmäßig, Aber auch teil im renovierungsbedürftigem Zustand.

Erster Eindruck war direkt, dass die geweckten Erwartungen dieser Kategorie und Preisklasse bei Weitem nicht erfüllt werden. Das war dann leider auch so. Es ist ein sehr gutes 3-Sterne-Haus. Trotz erhöhtem Mückenaufkommen waren im gastronomischen & Rezeptionsbereich abends die Eingangs- & Terrassentüren sperrangelweit geöffnet. Dementsprechend sahen wir am nächsten Tag aus. Das für die Lage und dem angebotenen Stellplatz zusätzlich eine Gebühr verlangt wurde, war schon sehr frech.

В апартамента нямаше сешоар,дъска за гладене и ютия.

O pequeno almoço era imenso e tudo muito gostoso. A zona de spa e ginásio era muito bem equipada. A zona de spa tem piscina, banho turco e sauna. Também tem uma pequena sala com camas para relaxar. A entrada é grátis, está incluída na reserva, só temos de dar o número do quarto. O uso de touca é obrigatório. O ginásio tem todos os equipamentos principais. Diariamente eles “limpam” os quartos e repõem garrafas de água. Também tem máquina para fazer café e chá, gratuitamente no quarto. Jantamos no restaurante do hotel. Tivemos um tempo de espera de mais ou menos 20 minutos. A comida estava muito boa. Pedimos Chiken Tikka Massala mas tinha muito arroz e pouco chicken. Também pedimos salmão e é apenas salmão com pimentos. Apesar disso estava muito bom. Pagamos 98 BGN por dois pratos, duas bebidas e duas sobremesas. Quando fizemos check out, a menina da recepção permitiu que deixássemos as malas lá até a hora do nosso voo, gratuitamente.

O quarto não estava bem limpo. Tem manchas no chão, restos de sujeira, cabelo e pedaços de papel. Se eu tivesse passado mais tempo nos quartos, classificaria o hotel com 2 estrelas porque o quarto estava um nojo. A televisão do quarto não funcionava. Para um hotel 5 estrelas isto foi uma vergonha. Tivemos upgrade de quarto gratuito mas não fomos notificados de tal. Não sei se fiquei no quarto com upgrade ou se tinha direito e não fui colocada. Algumas funcionárias não foram simpáticas. Estavam sempre com cara antipática.

The hotel has a great location and there are some restaurants and local markets nearby but it's not too far away from the mall and there's everything you need just one stop away, the metro is close as well. I was surprised with the general aesthetics of the hotel, everything looks so comfortable and cozy and the place was decorated in a tasteful way. The spa and the pool are amazing and I really liked their breakfast. Whenever we had an issue, the hotel's amazing staff was willing to help.

I wasn't really satisfied with the room service much, and there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom in my room. Some of my other colleagues also had an issue with this, however, I do realize that this isn't something that the staff can fix straight away.

Понравилось абсолютно всё. Персонал просто супер всегда готов помочь., отличный завтрак, За очень чистые комнаты особая благодарность девушке Надежде. В шаговой доступности Парадайз центр, рестораны и супермаркеты. Отличная сауна и хороший бассейн в которых можно расслабиться и отдохнуть. Планируем ещё погостить в этой гостинице. Спасибо большое всему персоналу за незабываемые 4 дня!!!

I was absolutely satisfied with service, food and room facilities. Nice place for relax and rest with comfort. Very polite and helpful staff! 100% will choose to stay in this hotel again during my next trip to Sofia

Very nice and modern hotel. New stylish facilities. The restaurant with open space and glass windows surrounded by trees creates a great atmosphere. Delicious breakfast!

The only thing that could improve is the opening hours of the spa over the weekend only until 9 pm which might be too early if you explore the city during the day and have dinner later. There are also not enough hangers for towels in the room or radiators to dry the swimwear.
