Apartments have a nice view

Despite having contacted Quay Apartments in advance to advise we were driving no parking was available. We were travelling on the last date possible to collect a travel VISA and my daughter was recovering from recent surgery - Quay Apartments were made aware of this. > No parking, no support to get parking. This incurred additional costs and difficulties for my daughter being outside longer than anticipated. > Communication with Quay Apartments is totally on their terms - YOU provide bank details, bring ID, confirm non - smoking. There was no interest in what WE would need which made for a poor trip. > We booked a 1 bed apartment, given a studio. > We seemed to be the only people on our floor following the “no excessive noise” policy - we were near the lift and could hear people singing and shouting along the corridor to each other. It stopped between midnight and 6am but wasn’t ideal. > Facilities are basic & bedding showed signs of previous guests stay

it took me some times to reach the place as what it was said is not the same ..

Need to wait for keys on the road. Found hair in the bathroom. Stayed for 2 weeks but they came for cleaning once when I was busy and denied to come again for cleaning. Disappointing behaviour

Cleanliness

Small bed, heating took ages to work, freezer was solid with ice and not usable. Having to take all keys back up to room was room was really annoying

everything from the location to size, cleanliness and the host.

Nothing we didn’t like but a dishwasher would have been handy.

The location of the apartment is not clear, and the staff is not interested.

Lovely apartment, the location was perfect for me to get into work with the tram stop being so close. Very clean and had everything I need. The member of staff who met me to check in was very professional and friendly.

The bed wasn’t that comfortable

Great price and exceptionally great value for money, good location (very close to the tram stops which makes it easy to go anywhere, within walking distance from the Old Trafford), they have grocery stores in the lobby, spacious room, have a good kitchen with all the utensils, the host is easy to contact, and he can give me directions by phone.

At the time of my arrival, I could not find the precise location using the information provided on booking.com and Google Maps (I missed 1 tram stop using the information on booking.com and maps). Have to call the host (he is friendly, responsive, and easy to call) to ask for the exact location in Google Maps. Probably guests have to contact the host directly by phone or can not find the precise location of this apartment.

The address on the email was not the address for the apartment so we felt lost
