Great location and useful Airport shuttle

The staff was just exceptional. Incredibly friendly and helpful from the shuttle driver to the front desk to the restaurant. The ability to get early checkin for a small price was wonderful.

There were a couple of sections of the wallpaper that was peeling at the corners.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, rooms are a good size and shower is great. Food from the restaurant was really good (when it was open). The pool is really lovely and heated. Free airport transfers were a plus.

Quite difficult to get around, only convenient if you want to be near the airport specifically and do not want to explore neighbouring villages and the city. If you want to spend your time in the hotel then it's great as the amenities are superb. The restaurant is closed on weekends which we didn't know, we had to order UberEats. Some of the staff were friendly, some were a little unhelpful.

nice hotel about 20 min driving from center

This is a hotel where the team knows its tasks and works smoothly and efficiently. We did not have enough time to enjoy the city as we had to continue our journey but will certainly stop the next time if we are traveling in the vicinity of Toulouse.

There was one concrete minor problem that I did not like: We parked our car in the parking behind the hotel. (The parking belongs to the hotel.) There was total darkness over there that is risky when one walks in the direction of the hotel with bags. Had other parks not arrived at about the same time with their lights on this would have been difficult.

The pictures of the swimming pool are a little misleading. It is very small…

I booked this hotel for 3 people, I was given a rate for 3 people and when I got there I was told I had to pay extra for the 3rd person plus their breakfast. Also booked a room with view to the pool but didn’t get it. At the end and after complaining the hotel didn’t charge me for the breakfast for the 3rd person. This was very misleading, I chose this hotel based on the price for 3 people as we were travelling on a budget and if I had know better I would have stayed somewhere else

The hotel offers a great breakfast spread - lots of variety. I was pleased with it.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We could not use the pool at the time, but the staff went out of their way to propose and alternative plan. Pity the restaurant is not open on a Monday, but at least we could get on-the-go meals at the hotel.

The staffs are very friendly & helpful. Near to Airbus office & the hotel provides a shuttle bus service to office/airport.. Have a good gym and swimming pool (not really big but it is okay)..

breakfast is not fantastic( the same menu everyday). the surprise thing is room cleaning - it is not cleaned & they never wash coffee cups ..bathroom is quite small (if you are a big guy, check before you take a room)
