Todo. Habitación muy espaciosa, llena de detalles. Cama y almohadas cómodas. Personal de recepción muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí.

the room was quite spacious
The breakfast starts too late for a work day and I had to fight with the personnel to be allowed to make a to go box of breakfast. Everyday I would get a dirty look for asking for it. Furthermore, I had to ask for the room to be made for two guests, even though we were two at checking and paid for two guests and they did it only for 3 days out 5.
A few things were broken in the room: coffee maker, bathtub faucet, etc.
The hotel is very very old looking and a new one is being build 2,5 m away from it.
finally, no noise cancelling and horribly strong parfum all over the hotel.
I can’t say I would recommend

The location was great, short walk to mall. The staff were exceptional. Hotel itself is sparkling and we will return as soon as possible, this is our new favorite hotel in Quito!

The room was large and beautiful however since we were on the street side, it was very noisy. My husband had a problem with this. We stayed in Quito two additional nights, but we moved to another hotel because of the noise.

The staff at the Le Parc Hotel in Quito took amazing care of me when I had a dental issue. They found me a dentist and made my appointment. I was delighted with that. But then they had a someone walk me to the dentist and explain the situation. Then he came back for me a couple hours later and walked me to the pharmacy before bringing me safely back to the hotel. I want to feel this cared for the rest of my life.
I knew in advance there would be construction, I wasn’t expecting my room to be right next to it.

The staff is the highlight of this hotel. Very service oriented. The location is spectacular with walking distance to beautiful park, restaurants and shops.

The room was lovely. Great value. The front desk staff did their best to look after me. Very clean & comfortable.
I was disappointed that the restaurant/room service was not available. I know it was Christmas Eve but I think a hotel should always accommodate guests.

location is good price was good for a big area hotel
there was absolutely no service from the front staff, here is your key. not a greeting when we arrived back.p, did not look up from his phone. room phone didn’t work TV didn’t work. awkward room setup, paid for junior suite got a single room. one set of towels one tiny bottle of water
