the staff were great

the food was ordinary. one night ran out of fish within 30 mins of dinner service

overall cleanliness of the hotel and the room. The hotel carpets are very dirty throughout the floors, you can actually see the dark areas of it. In the room, the bathroom still had hair in the drains, the floors weren't hoovered properly as still had some dirt and pieces of stuff on it, the pillow cases were torn and had holes, but the worst were the actual pillows - full of yellow stains and marks.. I notified the front desk twice, but they never changed them, I even showed them pictured, they only changed the pillow cases. Disgusting.

There was a huge variety of foods. I loved the fresh salads and fruit. I wasn't to familiar with some of the hot dishes but that was fine. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless clean the bed was huge and most of all great pillows . The entertainment staff were excellent A good location

My husband couldn't have dairy and there was no dairy free option at the hotel which I thought was strange. Free WiFi did not work well in the room.

The hotel was beautiful. the pool. the beach. the bars. the food wasn’t the best , nothing I’d usually eat but then I’m not in my own country. it was always clean and re stocked, brilliant service! the bars where good with the local drinks. the staff were very attentive and polite. The animation team were a great laugh and very nice, a big thanks to Casper, Marcello, dj, and Bianca for making our holiday fun! … apologies if I missed anyone!! we did jet ski and speed boat with ab sailing it was great fun! definitely will be going back as soon as possible haha!!

my room was a great location so I didn’t want to be moved but our door key failed every single time to enter it was a pain to have to go to reception or call reception from next door in my mums room to ask for another key! (it was NOT next to my mobile phone)
