The hostess was genuine, friendly and nothing was too much for her. The room was large, clean, extremely comfortable and provided all I needed and more than I expected for the price; the ensuite bathroom was large, extremely clean and the shower was awesome. The breakfasts were far more than I expected - the dining room was spacious and clean and provided each guest with their own room; the quality and quantity and variety of the food was exceptional! The food was served quickly and with a smile ..... I have already recommended the place to others.

There was nothing I wasn't pleased with - even the size of the bathroom towel was great

It was so close to restaurants and station . Everything within walking distance. Very comfortable bed .Super breakfast and so reasonably priced ! Tracey the owner is lovely .

The shower was quite small and a bit slippery . I was conscious of the open view from the street.

stairs are narrow and can be tricky with large luggage but wasn’t a problem for me as I only had a small bag with me.

The hotel was tastefully decorated ,exceptionally clean and breakfast was plenty full and of good quality food . nothing was too much trouble . would highly recomend

Excellent accommodation situated within an easy walk into the centre of Harrogate. The room was clean and very comfortable. The hosts were most welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. WiFi was reliable. All in all, a wonderful nights stay.

Exceptionally clean guest house. Huge bedroom with sofa and really comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Tracy and Neil were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Perfectly situated a five minute walk from the town. Would highly recommend.
