When I booked through Vacasa there was no info about the unit being on the 3rd floor without an elevator. There were 25 steps. I'm disabled. I called Vacasa. The substitute room will cost more. We declined.

Excellent location and easy to walk to restaurants. The view of the marina is beautiful and we caught some amazing sunsets. The property was extremely clean and met our needs.

Check out time was 10am, which is too early for us. No late check out was available, unfortunately.

The view was nice.

Key didn’t work, room not clean, lack of needed linen and paper products. Heater insufficient, water heater insufficient, refrigerator turned off, electrical outlet didn’t work and beds were very uncomfortable.

The view and room were amazing! I loved the kitchen and living room! Having a fireplace was wonderful...the puzzles and games provided were very fun!

The front desk woman refused to direct me to my room even though I had the reservation on my phone and showed her all the information. It was a small bump in the road...I still had a great time after I finally got my room!

Most of the lights didn't work and the mini fridge was very outdated and not working very well.

The running and jumping on the ceiling from the kid up stairs. went on all day and night. Very noisy.

Room was clean, loved the deck looking over the Marina. Also, very thankful to just walk to restaurant in Embarcadaro. Jack Spratts had good view, great food, and not overwhelmingly busy….. Enjoyed it.

Don’t remember seeing anything about stairs in initial listing of rental. We had 2 flights of stairs, my husband is on chemotherapy And not real spry at the moment…that presented a challenge. I had not rented at Embarcadaro previously so didn’t know. Also, it’s noisy with other’s bathroom fans, and draining pipes….inside building noises. Outside pretty quiet , with sea lions barking in the distance.

I wasn't really sure about what was going on with Vacasa. It was Super easy, but, I felt like I wasn't completely informed about procedures....

It seemed poorly kept up. I visited this facility 27 years ago and it seemed exactly the same.

The condo #E225 IS A DUMP. IT had FILTHY and NASTY carpet, the pull out bed was BROKEN. All of our guest couldn’t sleep in the unit. The patio chairs were either missing or BROKEN. The coffee table was BROKEN. The microwave was ancient. The bathroom didn’t have appropriate rails to get safely out of the shower. There were PET HAIRS everywhere! This unit was not suppose to have pets. The unit does NOT need to be rented out until the owner upgrades the space. It’s terrible. The only thing good thing about the unit was the nice view of the bay. Other then that, IT’s A DUMP. We were very uncomfortable that we had to check out several days early after being forced to find somewhere else to stay. It’s a rip off and not worth the money. My grandmother had a much nicer studio in the same resort. We had other family in other units and this was the only one with so many issues. The owner of unit E225 should be ashamed of this place. The common area was just okay. We used the community gas grill. However, the pool and gym area was very old and outdated so we didn’t use it. This place could be a much better attraction if the resort upgraded their 1980s facility. Furthermore, the company had a few rude customer service agents when we reported all of the problems. One person told us to leave in the next 30 minutes and we weren’t welcome back. They also hung up on us. We finally got to speak to a very nice lady, Jamilah. She heard us out and understood our frustration and disappointment and was able to help us with a refund.

The first impression was good and the view was scenic. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed was comfortable.

The musty smell from the washer. The dryer lint piled up in the hallway. The broken blind. The lack of proper linen for the sofa bed. The cobwebs throughout the unit were full of dust. The lack of prior information that the pool and exercise facility was being renovated. Chairs and sofa were stained, faded, and with rips--I don't think Goodwill would accept. Most disturbing, the unit plumbing was not well-maintained, i.e. the toilet would not flush, the bathtub and kitchen faucets were loose and seemed about to fall off. Defintley not worth the over $300 a night we were paying.

Bbq was nasty dirty not kept up at all. The lights in the condo didnt work. Outlets upside down and only the top half worked on 3 out of 4 outlets. The wifi and cable were horrible. Couldn't turn the channel with the remote.

toilet never worked, mold in fridge,rust on sink, broken light hanging down over bed & the bed springs were very uncomfortable, the stairs were extremely steep, dangerous for carrying stuff up. lied to about a plumber and we left early, shouldn't have been charged at all but still paid for a day. The worst experience ever in a motel.

The property is situated on beautiful bay-front land with views of the water.

This property was very disappointing because the furnishings were 1970s garage sale furniture that was stained, soiled, and filthy. The carpet was stained and extremely old ugly blue. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the painted walls were dirty, scuffed up, and chipped. The bed linens were also 1970s and were worn out. The pillows were stained, thin, and lumpy. The coffee table had glass inserts and the glass was broken. The dishwasher fell forward and hit my 80 year old friend on the head because it was not installed. The microwave was also from the 1970s with old dials and wood paneling. The 2nd bedroom did not have a working TV. In the closet on the floor was a 1990s TV with a big back end. Bedsheets were thrown over the TV on the floor. The lamp by the bed was broken and the light was lying sideways from the lampstand. The electrical outlets downstairs did not work in the living room. In the master bathroom the window was separated from the house and hanging from the top of the frame. The window was open about 1/4 inch, letting in the cool air. The windoe frame was covered in green fuzzy mold from being exposed to the outside. This condo was dirty, outdated, and in terrible disrepair from being neglected. The cost if this condo should have been top notch, but it was a waste of money. When we filed a complaint it went unanswered until repeated phone calls were made. The owner refused a reasonable reimbursement when the complaint was made at chech-in. Don't go here unless you like dirty, old accommodations at high prices.

Not super clean

The Embarcadero property was very nice and the Embarcadero staff really helped us when Vacasa would not or was unable to help us. As we were told by Vacasa text, we were never contacted by a Vacasa local manager during out 2 night stay.

There were NO, that's ZERO kitchen utensils in our room. Nowhere in your advertising for the room did it say we would need to bring our own coffee cups, water glasses, coffee maker, cutting board, and silverware. Even Motel 6 has water glasses and coffee cups. Also the room key provided did not work. We had to go to the Embarcadero staff to get working room keys.
