Very good location, close to Vitosha street, the surroundings are ok, didn't felt unsafe,easy to reach by public transportation, close to main attractions and restaurants. Comfortable bed, good breakfast.

The curtain in the bathroom wasn't helpful, all the water was all over the floor after showering. No courtesy water. No staff at the breakfast area. The light in the room was very low.

Dear Sirs. The hotel is excellently located, it has comfortable rooms and a very good breakfast, the first nights of our stay we have problems with the air conditioning, they fixed as soon as posible, and the hotel manager offered us to process with a compensation, that I recived back satisfactorily on my Credit Card. So I am very pleased with the hotel and with Booking. Sincerely.

Lokacija odlična, blizu je i parking NDK tako da i taj uslov ispunjava. Sobe čiste i prostrane, osoblje izuzetno ljubazno. Doručak fantastičan, raznovrstan i veoma kvalitetan. Od sada koristim za svaku posetu Sofiji.

El alojamiento estaba situado en una buena ubicación, lugar tranquilo y cerca de casi todo, el personal amable y el chico disponible para cualquier información. Cama cómoda, instalaciones bien, no hacía frío para nada ni en la mañana ni en la noche.

El desayuno era escaso en variedad, el café no demasiado bueno.

Hotel a 100 MT dalla via principale e a 200 MT dalla metropolitana. Servizio metro molto efficiente. Sempre pieno di gente, pieno di locali, si può passeggiare tranquillamente in tutti i quartieri anche la sera. Per mangiare offre di tutto dai vari ristoranti alle pizzerie al taglio fast food, i classici "paninari" ecc noi abbiamo cenato con bevande incluse da 6,50€ a persona per una pizza al taglio a 25 € massimo a persona bevande incluse mangiando secondi piatti con contorno, insalatone dessert birra e pane, il coperto non si paga, il pane lo si deve ordinare. Il biglietto ordinario della metro costa circa 0,80 cent ma se si fa la tessera ricaricabile, comoda e conveniente si gira con qualsiasi mezzo anche di superficie. Colazione a buffet, non c'era il caffè espresso, ma abbiamo risolto prendendolo in una gelateria nella via principale. Colazione nella norma per noi era sufficiente, per quello che si solito siamo abituati a mangiare.

L'odore di fogna in camera soprattutto la sera e il troppo caldo in camera.

Colazione più salata che dolce. Luminosità insufficiente in camera. Bagno piccolo, anche se la doccia era comoda. Riscaldamento centralizzato troppo alto.

Situata in una posizione strategica ti consentiva di poter arrivare ovunque

Staff super gentile e disponibile, camera bella grande e con bagno spazioso, colazione ottima ed è a due passi dalla metro e dalla via principale. Consiglio!!

Forse l’unica pecca è il fatto che in camera fa davvero caldo… forse troppo.

Great Location just around the corner of the Vitosha Bulvarad the high street is full of all sorts of shops , restaurants, bars, sweet shops & Metro Station etc. A great place in the City center.

There aren't any English stations on the TV otherwise we can't complain about anything.

The staff were fantastic! Very helpful and friendly. They gave me an umbrella to use as it was heavy rain outside. They also gave me a wake up call and booked me a taxi to the airport. They couldnt have been any more helpful. The location was perfect! Just off the main pedestrain street and close to everything.

The room was quite dated. But all in all, it was a comfortable, positive stay and I would stay here again!

Pleasant staff in reception and housekeeping. The location is VERY central to the main pedestrian street, and close to museum quarter and Alexander Nevsky cathedral. Room not great but OK - expected level of comfort for the price level. Lots of restaurant choices in the vicinity.

I stayed for four nights with friends. Breakfast was pretty poor. What should be warm was cold, and what should be cold was warm. E.g. French toast (I guess it was that) was cold on the one day it was there. Bacon was cold or lukewarm all days, potato things were cold and dry. Cheese slices were warm and soft most days. Bread rolls were dry. One day the mini-croissants seemed fresh. Bread
