Die Lage ist ein Traum! Die ersten drei Tage waren wir quasi „allein“ in der Anlage und konnten die Ruhe am Strand genießen !

Nach den drei Tagen war die Anlage ausgebucht und es war dadurch ein enormer Lärmpegel am Strand …..

Läget på stranden är väldigt bra och nära till "city" så gångavstånd till allt. Bra med solsängar vid stranden.

Tråkig, dålig och väldigt lite frukost (många produkter fanns inte ens, t ex när man beställde pannkakor till barnen så var sirapen slut...i 3 dagar !)

Beste Lage direkt am Strand, dagegen kann man nichts sagen. Das Frühstück ist gut und mit ausreichender Auswahl, und wunderschön direkt am Meer gelegen. Das Personal war nett, nicht mehr und nicht weniger.

Die Zimmer sind allerdings sehr karg eingerichtet und den Preis den wir gezahlt haben absolut nicht wert. Das Licht ist super grell und ungemütlich und der Boden war extrem sandig. Außerdem sind die Betten feucht und die Laken hatten einige Flecken. Es war alles nicht dramatisch und für ein günstiges Zimmer hätte ich es hingenommen, aber zu diesem Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet.

De ligging is perfect, vlakbij het dorpje en tegelijk een rustige plek.

De hele dag wordt er muziek de gedraaid. Ik houd meer van stilte.

Muito bem localizado. Perto do centro mas sem grande confusão. Refeições no bar muito bem servidas. Apesar de poucas opções no pequeno almoço, serve perfeitamente o propósito e são bem servidos. Não usufruimos quase nada do hotel pois esteve sempre chuva e vento com toneladas de sargaço nas praias. Durante os dias tivemos que ir para Punta Cocos onde, por estar mais protegido do vento, conseguimos aproveitar bem a praia. Spot espetacular para ver pôr do sol. Tem um parque infantil que fez as delicias dos miúdos.

Faltam muitos ingredientes no pequeno almoço. Portas mal protegidas contra os mosquitos.

la habitaciones bastante deteriorada. deficiencia en enchufes, el desague no funcionaba, se termino el agua caliente y cambiaron enseguida el boiler. caja fuerte rota, no la pudimos usar.

La comida es deliciosa, el beach club y la atencion del personal es excelente.

La habitacion es muy austera y por la ubicacion y la vegetacion se llena de mosquitos y aunque la cama tiene una mosquitera esta vieja y agujerada, no ayuda mucho

Location. The room was ok.

Some of stuff is not nice. Some is nice. Receptionist asked to bring her back and adapter at night when all devices were out of battery. It’s okay to do so if you asked in advance. They do not clean seaweed. Beach not so clean. However, we went to Punta Coco and there was no such problem. Also, ir was superb windy, while in punta coco beach there was no wind at all. We asked if there is any place in the island where would be less wind, but they told that all island is in the wind which was not true. We saved two days of beach by escaping to Punta Coco beach. Also, it was not not clean enough around our bungalow. Seems they cleaned all the area except around our bungalow. Seemed that we live in a garage area. The room was clean. Nothing to complain. Also, there js a problem with mosquitos. Bring a spray! They are everythere around the island. And if you are from Europe bring adapters to charge your iphones. They do not provide with the adapters. Breakfast plus minus OK. You can choose from many options. In my opinion the price is too high. We stayed in Tulum in 3 stars hotel which was much cheaper and more comfortable and clean.

Great location, stayed here with my partner and we both loved it. The rooms were good size and came with an air conditioning which was essential for staying in Holbox due to the humidity and heat. The bar and restaurant was also a 1 minute walk from our room which was very convent and the staff were all friendly and accomodating as they were willing to help us organise and find day activities, taxis or answer any questions we had. The bar is also located right on the beach and has the best views for Holbox beautiful sunsets, would highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting to visit Holbox island.

Our first room was absolutly horrible, we asked for a change. The staff was amazing and agreed to make the change. But even the second room (much better) was far from what could be expected by looking at the pictures. Not super comfortable beds and cleaning in the room was not every day

No blanket on the beds and no way to wash clothes. Also, the electricity went out for several hours.

I loved the beach access, the room was nice and well air conditioned. The staff were extremely accommodating and the food was great. We loved that it included breakfast.

The outside showers only worked the first day and than they didn’t.

Amazing stay, the staff was very friendly and the place was exactly like the pictures. Stayed in one of the rooms upstairs with a little balcony. The breakfast was good. It is right at the beach and close to the center as well.

No eletricity when we arrived but is was a problem in the island, the staff was very friendly and it was solved quickly. Be prepared that you're going to an island and this sort of thing can happen.

The grounds are beautiful. Mature landscaping, palm trees, and fauna. There was a lot of sitting options. Hammocks, chairs, and palapas with beach loungers. The beach and the water was the prettiest in that area. The sunset was absolutely amazing! All the staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant and bar is a little expensive, but so convenient if you want a snack or a couple of drinks. The swings at the bar are fun! The food is really good. It’s not like some of the authentic restaurants around town buts it good. The room was rustic, no TV (not that I wanted one), not a lot of airflow. The AC worked well and the ceiling fan helped. The bathroom was average. I was a little disappointed that it wasn’t the bathroom advertised, but it was okay. The water pressure was great and had plenty of hot water. It was a nice room. I stayed in the bungalow. Reception was extremely nice and helpful. They can arrange tours and call taxis for you. They are there until 11pm. There are raccoons all over the island. So you will likely see one on the property if you are out and about at night. They don’t mess with you. There are cats and dogs all over the island too. You will also see them since it seems Mexico is a very animal friendly country. Overall, very nice beachfront hotel on beautiful Isla Holbox.

I like the location of the property and the tropical beach theme of the property. The staff was super friendly and easy to communicate via booking.com. Easy access to the beach with beach chairs, lots of spaces to relax on the property and walking distance to all the places. Yeay! for breakfast included!

One of the things I didn’t like was the payment method via PayPal. Due to the dollar currency, I paid more than the amount that was shown on the booking confirmation. This is the first time I had to paid in advance, pay via PayPal and I paid more than the booking confirmation. Secondly, for the amount I paid I expected the room to had more amenities. The showers were a little slippery and I wish there was a mat or had extra towels to put on the floor. The window curtains and bedsheets had stains. The fridge looked a little dirty.

Staff was absolutely excellent!!! From front desk staff, restaurant and bar staff , to cleaning staff ….everyone was so nice, kind and very helpful!! The best people work there that made our vacation extra special!!

Zomay hotel has very beautiful grounds…. beach is so beautiful and clean if sewed, gardens are so beautiful with lots of hammocks, beautiful beds and bean bags, shower with seashell head so unique, love - love the grounds and architecture of the buildings!!! But not fan of the toilet situation, wish they could fix the issue where you can actually use normally bathrooms, like lots of other hotels on the island. (We’ve stayed preciously at Blue Holbox, where we didn’t have to deal with this issue!)

The beach there is lovely with warm water that you wade out in for quite some time before it gets deep enough to swim which is actually very nice. A super cocktail Palapa on the beach serving very excellent drinks. A charming and very helpful staff

The pillows were a bit hard but that is not unusual in Mexico
