The food was good which is only saving grace for the property.

The staff was not friendly and facilities provided against the money charged is not acceptable. The housekeeping is the worst since the drainage in bath area was choked and no one fixed it nor a replacement room provided. The response I got was, Sir all the rooms are occupied and the room is available. The room walls are shallow and you can actually hear other rooms voice even if 2 people are talking normally or watching TV. The toiletries were not provided nor do they provide hand napkin and when asked they just give you extra floor towels. There was no hot water, you only get lukewarm water in the bathroom. The bed sheets and pillows had stains. Another thing, they charge you for full board meals and there is no tariff without it. So you have no option but to eat in since you already paid it. The staff in restaurant doesn’t respond to you properly and you have to ask for things like water twice. This one of those hotels which looks nice from outside but is opposite from inside. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Services were nice. Airport drop, laundry, meals included. Polite and responsive staff.

Nothing like that. But they need to improve little on bath soap.
