De kamer was groot! Goed geslapen! Leuke guest house!

Me gustó todo, el espacio de la habitación, la cocina compartida, el baño. La atención y hospitalidad de parte del dueño. Nos dejan capsulas de cafe para los dias de alojamiento, después del check out nos dejó estar en la sala de estar por unas horas. Servicio excelente, agradecida de los dueños, volvería nuevamente.

La stanza che abbiamo prenotato era molto grande e spaziosa e anche molto pulita, oltre ad essere praticamente vicinissima all’ingresso, evitandoci le scale. Anche il bagno, situato sullo stesso piano ma NON nella camera, era ampio e dotato di ogni comfort ( asciugamani, phon, sapone, carta igienica). Al piano superiore è presente anche uno spazio comune e la cucina. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, ci ha permesso di fare il check in leggero anticipo.

I collegamenti non sono a portata di mano( almeno 15/20 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la metro o bar). La porta del bagno non si può chiudere da fuori, quindi in nostra assenza sarebbe potuto entrare chiunque, inoltre proprio all’ interno del bagno c’è un’altra porta che probabilmente conduce alla stanza della governante. Prezzo leggermente alto per la posizione.

The rooms are cozy, they have working heating. The bathroom is really clean and it has shared living room and kitchen. Fresh towels and bed sheets. The owners let us leave our luggage there after the check out while we left the city.

The stairs, we had 3 suitcases and we got the 4th floor no elevator. The stairs were really narrow, it barely fits a person going up so we had trouble carrying the luggage to our room. The location is good, near metro station but not walkable to any touristic spot. To Grand Place <30 mins walking.

Nous n'avons pas rencontré le propriétaire mais très réactif dans les échanges par message. Conforme à la description, la chambre est propre, fonctionnel. Les sanitaires et cuisine en communs sont très propres et bien équipés ! Nous avons réussi à nous garer facilement à proximité du logement. Un bon rapport qualité prix pour être proche du centre ville de Bruxelles et pour un court séjour !

Wat shabby , bedlampje snoeren kapot, kraan half los, haren in de douche, keuken gerei beperkt.

Hôte accueillant et arrangeant. Les photos correspondent à l'annonce. Je n'avais pas vu que nous partagions la salle de bain mais cela n'est pas dérangeant car elle est toujours propre malgré l'irrespect de certains clients. La cuisine est très pratique ! Le quartier est calme.

Les murs n'étant pas très épais, vous entendrez facilement les autres clients qui parlent un peu fort...

La chambre était propre bien mieux que sur les photos, une vrai surprise, très belle salle de bain

Estaba a 20 minutos a pie del centro, el baño era muy cómodo y amplio. Calefacción en todas partes lo que hacía que se estuviera muy cómodos

Las escaleras de madera hacían mucho ruido y si otros huéspedes subían o bajaban durante la noche se escuchaba todo. También se escuchaba mucho ruido proveniente del piso de abajo y las demás habitaciones.

Location was perfect for us. Lovely quirky old house with plenty of old features. Free Wi-Fi. Plenty of towels, toilet rolls etc

We booked for 3 people, luckily only 2 of us travelled because only 2 beds made up. The stairs really would benefit from being carpeted because they produce a lot of noise & other guests do wake you up with the noise. Sofa bed very uncomfortable

Patrick the host was fantastic from the start ..with his welcome message ..directions ..information about our stay! We were in room 3 which was huge! Very clean room with a shared bathroom ..to be honest I was a bit nervous about that ..but host had even left clean bathrobes ..plenty of fresh clean towels ..value for money ..I will definitely be back!!!

We used the room basically to sleep but everything was working fine, the instructions to get into the room were very accurate, the room was clean, the shared bathroom was very clean and easy to use , we could say that we enjoy our stay there

Very cozy house in an area with good transport (tram and metro just 5-10 minutes away). The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was shared with another room but was absolutely clean. Patrick was very welcoming and attentive.

The hospitality of Patrick. The place is clean and pretty. Exactly, even better, than in the pictures. Near the city.

I arrived early and I was let in and allowed to use facilities (which was very important to me). Huge thanks to Patrick and staff that was super helpful and welcoming. If I visit Brussells again, definitely staying here )

Well located, about 15 mins walk from Midi station and 10 minutes from Louise metro station. Rooms are adequately furnished for a short stay; bedsheets and towels provided; bathrooms are shared between two or three rooms. The kitchen is well equipped and there's a balcony. No lift, so you should only stay if you're prepared to climb stairs. Like all shared properties, you are dependent on the behaviour of other guests to an extent - but this was all fine for me. I only met staff briefly but Patrick was very friendly.

Sound insulation is a big issue - every step in the staircase is heard loud and clear, and some rooms are only divided by a thin wall with wooden (locked) door. In our case, our neighbors were having loud sex between 2am-3am, so not great (but good for them)

The positive sides: Very friendly and really very kind Host, Good location; in the room there was sufficient heating.

The negative sides: The bathroom is not conveniently located outside of the room, one needs to use stairs in the cold corridor, during the winter night it is a deadly/difficult mission. The bathroom is very cold. The bed in room No.2 was almost broken, one can not sit on the other side it was not in working condition. The WiFi did not work well: during a Skype talk it went twice off (checked on two devices). The general state of the property is very old, the doors are not easily closed. The price is too high for a property in such a condition.

Large room, well decorated and comfortable bed. Bathrooms are shared but are kept very clean and are very modern. In a good area close to attractions and restaurants.

It is a lovely place for the price but there is no sound proofing at all in the rooms so noises echo through all night.

The design in general was beautiful. The location was amazind as well

The camping style bed collapsed in the middle of the night so our 17y old son had to sleep in our bed. We stayed only one night, which is why we did not complain at the time… Another tenant was also in one and only bathroom for over an hour and eventually we had to tell him off because none of the staff was there!
