The room was clean and the shower was excellent They have a shop and a cafe all within a 30 second walk. A Wetherspoons and Town centre a 10 minute walk away. Railway 15 mins . Regular bus service 1 minute walk away
Will be stopping again as I am working in an office which is a 2 minute walk

Great location, free of street parking.
Beds not comfortable and shower base didn’t drain away quick enough, the shower head holder was loose, tile cracked and skirting missing under shower. draws bot cleaned as crisps in the top draw still.

The shower, tea, coffee and microwave and location.
The towel not properly clean as it has a stale odour.
The duvet not warm as it a summer duvet.

Well, it was not expensive
It was close to Bletchly Park, where we were visiting for 2 days
It had parking at rear.
Bedding and towels were clean
Road position and having to ring & wait to get in.
No staff on site: This is just a place for construction or similar workers
Not what we expected at all.
Beds need upgrading, as does room 9 shower room
Blocked sink & shower room needs a good clean. Friends in room 7 had a cleaner shower but smaller room
It did us for a 2 nights stay.

The cleaner who was really helpful considering she did not know that I was coming early.
Happy to have had the ground floor. Was pleasantly surprised by the microwave in the room, so manage to pick something up from shops stone throw away.
Agreed a 10am arrival. Once there and called the number on the door. No one picked up. Called and hang around for 15mins. Eventually the cleaner came out and even she wasn't sure what to do. Eventually (after many attempts to talk to the contact) and luckily she gave a key.
Didn't really like the TV being above a cupboard, really angle to watch.

Only 25mins from Silverstone Racing Circuit!

A fan was provided, a breakfast cafe iver the road, free parking.
Cheap mattresses, not very comfortable but was adequate for 1 night.

Floor was dirty and there were stairs within the bathroom down to the toilet which I found odd

Room was ridiculously small.
Cutlery was filthy.

Ground floor room was next to busy road so very noisy. No curtains, just vertical blinds which had gaps so passers by could see in.
Also wet room shower was a bit dingy.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
You can call them any time and they help you out.
Only one item, not a real complaint.
The room on the top floor has a very small bathroom.
But it is clean.

I have stayed here a lot and I have to say it is the most comfortable and relaxing place that I have stayed in.
The staff are exceptional even though you don't meet them but they try to do everything they can to make your stay pleasant.
Always my number one choice.
Only one thing.
I like a carpet floor,it is more homely but I understand that it is much more harder to clean.

Called the guest house as i arrived late at night and the lady i spoke to couldnt have been more helpful. She gave me clear directions on how to access the onsite parking and helped me get into my room. The room was comfortable for my short 1 night stay.
Tried to make myself a tea in the morning but there was no milk sachets which would have been helpful.

The room was very clean and there was a microwave if we wanted to do our own cooking. There was plenty of hot water for showers. Good value for money
It was a bit noisy on the road outside but ok at night.

Once again my stay was very pleasant and the room very suitable for my needs

Does need lighting by door as there is a step by front door and could be an accident waiting to happen if no adequate lighting to see
Also a light would be handy by key boxes as bit awkward when dark
