Very comfy room and bed, amazing view, free parking, friendly staff

Good 3 star hotel in nice, quiet location with great view of the city. Very comfortable beds and great staff. Best choice of TV channels in Bulgaria

Breakfast choice is quite limited (mix of buffet and a la carte) and not comparable to 4 or 5 star hotels, no safe.

Great location and staff. Even if we stayed for one night we had time to enjoy the vuew and food.

We stayed as a stop over before heading for a wedding, I booked 2 rooms after arriving by plane in Sofia, when we arrived it was pouring with rain and it took longer than expected to get to hotel, once there we were upgraded to a larger room, the man working on reception was brilliant and really helpful. He served us drinks all night and made sure we were well looked after.

Views were excellent, staff very helpful and ensured you were happy.

Some of the rooms were a little dark

The hotel completely exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by Radoslav who was sooo friendly and helpful- he answered any questions we had and made us feel so welcome. The room was amazing - very spacious and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!

Very good location with a view of Sofia. The employees at the reception and in the restaurant are extremely kind. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Very nice pool and playground.

The property was a nice to stay. It stills serves breakfast by ordering, I guess a former COVID requirement. The good thing is you could order anything you wanted, not matter how many times. The staff were especially friendly and helpful in meeting my needs while I stayed there.

While the bathroom was clean, however it had a smell in it that didn't leave during the stay. Also, I think they could possibly provide better quality towels for the price charged.

Food quality

Great for travelers with cars: good location near the Sofia ring road and the Sofia Ring mall and Ikea. A lot of free parking space. Elevators for access to the floors. Wifi is working fine in the rooms. +/- Rooms have both radiator heating and AC. For January radiators alone may not be enough to keep you warm but combination of radiators and AC is ok.

The rooms are too dark, the lighting is far from adequate. The staff did not help with extra lights or put me to a better room when asked. This may not be best option if you try to work from the hotel, or you have to bring your own lamp. The beds had strong smell of detergent that sticks to your clothes and you can feel it even after leaving the hotel. The food in the restaurant was not the best and was quite expensive. The breakfast was ok, but could be better. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores around where you can find food of much better quality and not as expensive.

Very good value for money. Nice view from the window and balcony of the restaurant. Nice room, good food. I definitely recommend!

You need to prepare for 5-10 min traffic jam on the way to the center. Apart from that, no defects.
