Very welcoming staff at reception, bedroom and en suite facilities were clean

We only had one key for our room and had to leave it at reception when leaving the hotel. Would rather have had a key each

Location was great and the staff was nice

First room was clearly being used before by smoker who had smoked inside, we had to change. The floor was terrible in everywhere in the hotel, I never wanted to touch it bare feet or with socks. Elevator was super slow and Booking.com said that it is having parking, but it really is not!

The plumbing system of other rooms was noisy and could be heard as the pipe work seemed to pass through my room. Walls are a bit thin and the balcony seemed to shared with the next room.

Warm quilts. Clean sheets/towels every day. Super helpful staff. Coffee every morning. French doors overlooking a quiet street. Close to metro and shopping.

The mattresses were a bit soft. But, I will admit, I have a hard to meet standard- I like hard beds.

choice of decoration, and a round black pillow that doesn't look like it's easy to be cleaned. walls are painted with a strange grey that resembles a prison
